After a bad experience at another electrolysis place in town I reached out to Nataliya. She was very thorough with her questions and explanation of everything on my first consult. I've been going through the process of electrolysis with her for 6 months now. I have a lot of hair growth due to PCOS causing a hormonal imbalance, and it has caused me embarrassment and made me self conscious for years. Nataliya is an exceptional business owner and wonderful esthetician. I had been searching for a place that offers electrolysis and only found a couple options. After a less-than-satisfying consultation with a different and less expensive "spa," I chose to come to Sonata. Nataliya spent a gracious amount of time consulting with me and explaining the full process. She has a warm and comforting presence, which is a plus! When I found Naytalia I was hopeless as I had "fired" my last technician as I had left crying saying I'd not come back as the appointments never got shorter but had even gotten worse it seemed although I had given it a year of appointments every three weeks. In talking to Naytalia on the phone she gave me hope once again so made the long drive from Fairbanks to try again. I found her professional with great knowledge of her trade. Her equipment is modern and she knows how to use it. What she did in five hours others had taken ten so her price is very reasonable considering how efficient she works. In just a few appointments I'm amazed at how little comes back. When she told me by summer it would be better I didn't believe her but it is soooo much better. Further she is just good people as her compassion is real and she really cares about what she does and understands deep face hair hatred. I consider her a friend and wouldn't go anywhere although I wish she was a few hundred miles closer. :) read more

I almost gave up on electrolysis completely after going consistently every 2-3 weeks for 6 years, with little results. It was always the same, after two weeks everything came right back. I have been to several different electrologists, giving each about 2 years to work with me, yet it was always the same story, full growth after two weeks. I have also tried several laser hair removals, which worked for 3 months, but then everything would grow right back. I was just about to try laser again, but I called Nataliya and she was sure she could help me, I was feeling hopeless, but she was so educated on the subject and so understanding and caring, I felt I could give electrolysis one last try. After going in to her for 6 months, those horrible hairs have not come back!! I have a few sparse ones that I can now treat as a maintenance basis, but it is nothing like I used to have. I am blown away at the money and time I have saved by seeing her. It has only been 6 months and already I am finished with regular treatments, and am now ready for just maintenance. I have not been to her in 2 months and still I am hair free!! Her precision and the type of machine she uses has everything to do with my success. I will continue to see her for maintenance which is so much cheaper than a full blown treatment every month or so. She offers many amazing packages and facials and body sliming wraps too. I have been doing my yearly spring detoxing with herbs and wanted to add a body wrap this year--I was delighted to find Nataliya and felt a strong burst of energy for several days after her spa treatment. As a nurse, I was also impressed with her knowledge of health and her choice of products that are not synthetic.
