Selah was my therapist and I was delighted to see her, having had her before and she is by far the best therapist to ever work on this old lady. Cat we had not met before but my husband said she was straight up amazing, finding knots of tension and relieving aches and pains he didn't know he had on top of taking care of his problem spots. Place is clean and simple/peaceful. It looks like there's chair massage up front. They offer couples massage also. I was led to a room to undress and lay face down. The therapist asked if I liked medium or hard pressure so I told her my preference. She did a great job with where I need it to be hard vs medium. Warning - at some point the therapist is likely to get on the bed to grab the bars on the ceiling to massage you with their leg/feet! This isn't unheard of in Asian massages but more novel for Western massage. Barefoot massage has broken that barrier for Alaska I think - and let me tell you it feels good, especially if you need that additional pressure. Surprisingly, only minor soreness after given the pressure she used. They take credit card too!
