I've been working with Brady Dale and Fearless Fitness on and off for almost 5 years. When I started I was very overweight, had chronic inflammation, back, hip and foot pain, poor balance, and no motivation. Brady helped me to learn good habits, the importance of good form and posture and daily stretching. Brady really listened to my needs. Emotional, physical and mental. After a few years and a broken ankle it really sank in. I started doing what he had been telling me all along. Fitness had always been about weight loss before and I was able to make a mental shift that it was about health, both mental and physical. I began to stretch daily, move daily, eat real food. I started doing what brady had trained me to do and the weight began to come off, my balance increased, my mental health got better. I felt good. I made a commitment to start working with Brady and Delaney Peters several times a week and my strength increased. The most amazing part has been that with working on my posture with brady, my pain is 100% gone. I turned 50 this year and I feel better than I have in 25 years. My health has improved, my weight is healthy and my strength and endurance are improving. I have made some amazing and motivational friends in this journey and I recommend Fearless Fitness to anyone at any point in their journey.

The sauna glass looked rusty, the pool was heavily chlorinated, and the splash pad was absolutely disgusting--the bucket where water pours out was corroded and dirty. I would not want my child near it. The hot tub in the locker room was surrounded by cracked, rotting wood. Nothing looked well-kept or cleaned daily. For the steep membership price, I expected a resort standard. Instead, it felt neglected. On top of that, they require a 12-month commitment, written notice, and hefty cancellation fees up to $500. I can't justify joining under these conditions. Alaska Club's have a bad reputation for good reason.

She makes it a personal experience that no big club, gym, or corporation can replicate. The membership is very reasonable for not only what's included in the facility but the environment of it and with 24 hour access; the accessibility of which you can do so. It's also very conveniently located between Wasilla and Palmer. This might not be a gym with everything you personally believe you need. It may not be a gym with the newest equipment. It may not have any leisure sports, activities, or clubs included. But it does have personality. It does have great ownership. It does have great community. It does have necessities. It does have motivated members. It does have personal time management utilization. No other gym in the valley, let alone Anchorage compares. There is only one gym where you can walk in at anytime, be called by name without checking a card or ID, have access to a variety of great equipment, not pay a crazy amount for access, and be motivated and have everything you need to chase your fitness goals. This is it.

If that isn't bad enough, at my last visit, there were signs posted all over the building they they were on a "boil water" notice. Meaning my doctor wasn't even washing their hands after using the restroom. Who knows what kind of diseases could have spread! I was appalled and will never go back. Excel PT, you should be ashamed of yourselves. There are too many options for physical therapy in the valley for unethical, unprofessional business practices. Perhaps it's time for new management?

In the initial evaluation Keith had mention insurance didn't cover TMJ issues and would have to add other issues with the neck to insure coverage. Which at the time I was having issues with my neck as well, so it made sense. By the second appointment when I started asking questions he started making very rude remarks. He saw me for about 15 minutes while he did some dry needling and when he finished, I sat in the room waiting for his assistant to come see me for the rest of the time. I was told they would e-Mail me some exercises, which I had to e-Mail to ask for them because a week later I still had not received them. This an expensive place and really lacked care. After this second session I knew I was wasting my time and money. After some time I requested my medical records from this facility and read the notes Keith wrote, that unless you request medical records you cannot see. The notes were untrue and I was in complete disbelief because Keith is suppose to be a professional provider. I contacted the facility and he never returned my call. After about 1 month 1/2 I called again and was able to speak to him. He clearly stated he "doesn't make mistakes in all of his year," and there was nothing he could do. I am appalled. I would not recommend his facility or him as a professional provider.

The price was right and the lady I talked to on the phone was really nice. We set up a time for our excursion. I was running a little bit late and let them know. They dropped off the kayaks at the drop off area. Which is about a quarter of a mile to the shoreline. These two 5'4" ladies had to attempt to drag the kayaks all the way down to the shoreline. The best part is the return., A family from Texas helped us get the kayaks to the pick up place. And the guy who met us to pick up the kayaks didn't offer to help, watched us the entire time and told our friends to load up the kayaks in the back of his truck. We ended up drove to Mirror Lake one hour earlier than 1 PM our appointment time but Chris was accommodating and delivered I will 2 double kayaks around noon and pick them up one hour later. We had a great time there. We saw another customer who were waiting for their equipment to be pick up the same time. We highly recommend Chris for any of your equipment rentals With very reasonable prices and excellent customer service.

Every time I'm there the lifeguards are super busy cleaning. They even have a soap machine on wheels that goes through the locker room and thoroughly cleans everything. Second, they have a very modern pay system where cash OR card is available to pay. Third, the staff is very friendly and readily available to answer questions. Furthermore, they switch lifeguards regularly and have several staff on the clock at a time. To me, this means they have a alert and able bodied staff ready to take care of any swimmer that goes awry. Finally, don't forget: 1. Your lock for the locker room 2. A towel 3. To take your shoes off at the door 4. Flip flops to wear around the pool deck and locker room 5. To shower before you leave the locker room. (The lifeguards will tell you to go back and shower if you forget)
