One version of their online booking that I went to book through said a 90 minute couple's massage was only $185 total. I thought this was too good to be true and called to book instead. I spoke with the receptionist about the price and she confirmed that it was correct so I booked for my husband as myself. We got there a few minutes early and found that everyone working there looked incredibly sketchy and like they did drugs so it was instantly uncomfortable. I hesitantly went to pay and they tried charging double what was advertised and what I was told over the phone. When I told them this, they said that it wasn't true. I looked later and one version of their site mentions the amount the quoted in person, the other one that I tried booking with, did not. This was supposed to be a gift so I didn't want to cancel, but we were limited on our funds so we decided to drop down to the 60 min option instead and paid more than we were planning even for that. Then as we go to head to the room, we see that the "couple's massage" would be done separately which ruined the whole point of it and where I went to book that had the $185 price, didn't say anything about it be separated, so we decided to cancel altogether. They apologized and said they would refund the full amount to us since we didn't get the massages. It was sort of a relief because neither of us really wanted to be touched by the workers, afraid they'd try giving a happy ending or something. We only considered a massage with them at all because it was a gift for my husband and both of our bodies were really hurting. As a side note, I read the paperwork I signed, and it said if we were a no show they could charge us the whole amount, but if we cancelled on the phone or in person (we were there in person and not even late) within the 24 he period of the appt, we would be charged 50% of the cost. I looked at the charge on my card and they charged $262.50! More than they were even supposed to and never refunded it. I claimed it as fraud on the card and our card company contacted them to see what happened. Whatever they told them made them decide not to give us back our money even though we received absolutely no services from them. I tried reaching out to the massage clinic multiple times in hopes it was some kind of mix up which they assured us it was, and nothing has been refunded. I've been dealing with them since September and it is now December. I cannot say it enough, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, they will scam you so hard and create so much unnecessary stress. read more
