I have issues with my neck, shoulders and arms which she addressed wonderfully. Every chance I get I will return for pain relief and relaxation. I have been to a couple other massage therapists and Meranda is the best by far.

In fact after massage she even gave me advice on positions for working out and some great recommendations for essential oils. She even offered me chocolate at the end of my massage! Thank you so much Meranda!

I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I asked if I check in she said yeah (in a not so polite tone as if I was bothering her) I realized I couldn't check myself in. To which front desk stated, 'I will do it than'. Maybe it was a bad morning we all have them but when you are in the customer service industry you don't get bad days. Suck it up. My massage started at 10:12am appointment was at 10am. I stated specifically what I needed and really wasn't interested in anything more than what I wanted. The massage was fine. Massage ends at 1129am I requested 90 minutes. What I wasn't made aware of is you pay $165 for not 90 min massage you pay for a 90 min time slot that starts late and gets cut short. I asked the front desk about such issue and she states some number (make no sense to me). So I tell her that really sucks and is super disappointing she says nothing to me. Just disappointed.

A month later I was WORSE than when begun. Asked this doc to refer for MRI three times; never did. Asked him to refer for physical therapy; never did. Told him that his default adjustment method hurt, he did it anyway. I even asked owner for MRI referral; she put me on traction table. They do not keep good notes, either. I would tell him of new pains and he ALWAYS wrote "sitting and driving"; never wrote what I told him. They didn't listen, made my problem worse, which required twice the time for healing. Only reason I would set foot in that place is to make a payment or see one of the fantastic (but too expensive @$300/hr) massage specialists.

Over the past 3 months my shoulder has gotten so much better. Dr. Tom really cares about me as a patient. At the very beginning he said he'd try to help me to heal and not be in so much pain. He explains everything he does and has called to check up on me to see how my pain is. He's very kind, and personable. Danielle, the massuse does such a great job. She really works on the locations of the pain and gives great suggestions on excerises that can help. They both try their best and truly care about the patients. They don't rush through the appointment. They both take the time each appointment to help ease the pain, even if it goes over the hour I am scheduled for.

The Jaded staff makes you feel at home with smiles and greetings the second you walk in the door. Tali and Christine are hospitable and accommodating and without fail ask how you are. At Jaded, they emphasize patient involvement in conjunction with their on-hands physical therapy. This enables the patient to be proactive in their goals of healing and optimum revovery. This is accompanied by their personal guidance and assessments of progress. Both Dr. Eckles and Dr. Williams are happy to address concerns, questions and challenges with their patients and take time to do so. Jaded implements a myriad of both conventional and high tech progressive physical therapy approaches. For me, they addressed healing, strengthening and drug-free pain management. They applied taping, massage, dry needling, stretching, heat, strengthening exercises (including use of on-site gym equipment), a Home Exercise Program and more. Both Dr. Jade Eckle and Dr. Ryan Williams are personable, caring and stellar in their quest of physical therapy excellence. They listen, encourage, motivate & clarify where needed. This is a winning team of professionals and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch physical therapy backed with caring, understanding, empathy and effective mentoring/coaching. Note: I referred my boyfriend to them for foot pain. He's finally finding pain relief and recovery from a condition his doctor, chiropractor, holistic provider, acupuncturist and a foot specialist couldn't help him with. He's extremely happy the pain issue is finally being resolved. More minor pain/pain-free days now than not after five sessions so far. KUDOS to JADED BODY WELLNESS AND SPINE INSTITUTE!
