I wanted to share a testimonial about my fitness and health journey and praise my amazing trainers…read moreand my Fearless Fitness family of friends and support! I've been working with Brady Dale and Fearless Fitness on and off for almost 5 years. When I started I was very overweight, had chronic inflammation, back, hip and foot pain, poor balance, and no motivation. Brady helped me to learn good habits, the importance of good form and posture and daily stretching. Brady really listened to my needs. Emotional, physical and mental. After a few years and a broken ankle it really sank in. I started doing what he had been telling me all along. Fitness had always been about weight loss before and I was able to make a mental shift that it was about health, both mental and physical. I began to stretch daily, move daily, eat real food. I started doing what brady had trained me to do and the weight began to come off, my balance increased, my mental health got better. I felt good. I made a commitment to start working with Brady and Delaney Peters several times a week and my strength increased. The most amazing part has been that with working on my posture with brady, my pain is 100% gone. I turned 50 this year and I feel better than I have in 25 years. My health has improved, my weight is healthy and my strength and endurance are improving. I have made some amazing and motivational friends in this journey and I recommend Fearless Fitness to anyone at any point in their journey.

To be fair, this was a few years ago…read more I went here at the recommendation of a coworker. Upon arriving I met with my stylist (whom will remain unnamed) and explained to her that I needed my grow-out highlighted. My hair is a very natural blonde, and I explained to her that it needed to stay that way. When it came time to rinse, it was revealed my hair was now brown/green. I started crying. The stylist told me it was what I asked for when it most certainly was not! I had to go to a color correctionist that same day to have my hair stripped and re-dyed. I couldn't wear a pony tail for months because it would snap my hair off. Every time I brushed my hair huge clumps would just fall out. It was a nightmare.

i am not one to write reviews but i really need to in this case…read more my roots were out almost a whole inch, the top was caramel, which i hate that color, and it was a patchwork job. i looked like a clown. i had to go and get my hair redone at another place. she knew what the top of my hair looked like when i walked out the door the first time. i even went back to give her a second chance to fix it but it was still the same, with me waiting 2.5 hours while she did other paying customers. i was just totally disgusted. when she cut my hair, i am not exaggerating on this, but she snipped here and there a couple of snips and she was done. she also had two other people she was working on. she is out to make the buck, not any true interest in her clients. she said she would reimburse me, but i could tell with her tone that she was not going to do that. and she didn't. these things were lacking and should have happened: 1. honesty and good morals 2. interest in the customer and striving to please the customer 3. if the customer isn't happy, either fix the problem or reimburse them 4. always striving to make better services
