This cute little doughnut shop has always caught my eye but I never stopped... well it's a new year and I decided to change that & I am so happy I did ! The customer service is out of this world !!! This is such a family place where many regulars come and are greeted by name. LOVE IT !! We got a ham and cheese croissant that was delish & a strawberry cruller that made me fall in love with crullers all over again .. even though I only got 1 bite because my 3year old son stole it from me because he loved it if you haven't already came to check them out please come support this mom and pop !!! come bless them and be blessed by the yumminess !!!

We come in a few times a week since it's on the way to our kids school. Staff is always so sweet and friendly, our kids get lollipops every time we come in! Coffee and ham and cheese croissant are so good! The kids love their donuts! We love coming in and will continue to do so!! Highly recommend!

Only place I've bought donuts for the last twenty years.

OMG. Six weeks without a donut! They're back, looking well-rested and fit. Lemon-filled jelly donut for me

Had a 4am craving, these donuts were so good, so fresh, soft! Classic flavors like the chocolate, glazed, sugar, buttermilk, cinnamon. Good chocolate nom nom! Sandwiches aren't on the menu, but he may have ham and cheese croissants on deck, just ask, and he'll also warm it up. They are good too! Good parking, clean donut shop, no homeless around. Owner is very friendly, known in the community, been here for many generations, has seen kids grow up now with their own kids. Mentioned he's also given a complimentary donut to homeless and requested they don't hang out and solicit near their place. Feels nice and safe to get a donut here at 4am when it's dark o'clock. For security purposes he'll lock the door, so just knock! Hours are 4am-2pm, they may occasionally stay open past that. Accepts cash, zelle, Venmo

Donuts were good but the service stood out. Best service at a donut shop I've ever gotten if not best at any food place. My daughter loved this place. I don't live close I was just in the area, but I will be returning.

We were getting our tires changed across the street ar Cruz Tire Service and saw a classic donut shop across the street, Amazing service and delicious classic old fashioned donuts! We got the old fashioned cinnamon and sugar and an old fashioned chocolate sprinkle. She gave us extra donut holes to try as samples. Amazing and friendly service, great experience!

Love this place they have the freshest donuts! The father and the daughter are super nice, and always so friendly. They were to help us out with putting in a last minute BIG donut order for an event I was hosting. We ordered 27 dozen donuts for our donut wall, everyone raved about how fresh, soft and good and tasty. The donuts were. Thank you so much for providing the community with good donuts.

I've purchased them three times (each) to make sure I didn't just get a weird batch so I can attest that they lack in flavor, they're just sweet. Nostagiaaaa from the actual texture! Calamansi loaf- fave because it tastes good overall , but lacked calamansi flavor or tartness from the calamansi juice I guess Ube pandesal- I used to get this 3 times a week- just tastes like regular pandesal with a small slice of Cheez. Again, zero ube flavor Regular pandesal- can't go wrong here. Bibingka- decent. Doesn't have the traditional chewiness of bibingka, but just okay in actual flavor. I doctored mine up with slices of Cheezewhiz and salted egg at home. I think the names of the pastries are deceiving because they lack the actual flavor that they're named after. Stopped coming because I felt like I was just paying $20 per visit for something sweet that didn't have depth in flavors. Also, after reading the clap backs from the owner on IG/Yelp reviews towards other patrons, it has turned me off and made me more hesitant to support her business. The guy though (sorry I don't know his name) is always at the counter and super nice!

I'm absolutely obsessed with their coffee menu, baked items, sandwiches, and their selection of grocery-like goods. I ordered the Midsommar caramel latte, ceasar salad sandwich on their fresh baked bread, and the strawberry rhubarb and pistachio danish (!!). I'd easily sign up for this lineup to be my last meal on earth. I even ordered a sourdough bread loaf with olives so I could ride this high for several more days. The Midsommar latte is crafted with housemade caramel, espresso, milk, and topped with sprinkles of fennel and bee pollen - the perfect finale to an already incredible drink. To hear that they also offer an extensive pizza menu? You won't be seeing the last of me, Colossus.

I ordered a Cinnamon Sugar Knot and a after looking at the coffee options I decided to go with the Midsommar Latte. The Cinnamon Sugar Knot was pretty yummy, it had, in my opinion, a very good distribution of sugar all along the pastry and wasn't lackluster like I feel most places are. If you are craving a sweet bite of something I recommend the Cinnamon Sugar Knot for sure. The Midsommar Latte on the other hand had a pretty presentation and at first glance looked like it would be pretty good. Sadly to me the flavor wasn't there, it tasted very milky and lacked any other flavoring. It's suppose to be a spicy Carmel as described to me by the barista but as I stated I was just milky. If you crave more of a stronger coffee taste, as I tend to personally like, i definitely would stay away from the Midsommer Latte. The service was quick and the baristas were nice. There wasn't any music playing though when I went, maybe it was paused in accident, so it was extremely quite which isn't a bad thing but perhaps playing some lo-fi music to just set a nice relaxing tone would be great. All in all, not a bad little cafe, nice interior, yummy pastries, and good amount of options to choose from within the drink menu

There are also three tables outside that seat four, four, and two for a maximum of ten. The place fills up fast, but empties just as quick. And their baked goods go quick, so grab them while you can! I ordered the Cuban Empanada as an appetizer. The savory rice and bean filling was a perfect compliment to the sweet ripe plantain filling and hint of sweetness in the dough. They are baked and the dough is thick and chewy, so if you're not a fan of that type of Empanada, be warned... I ordered the Cuban Sandwich as the main course. It was DELICIOUS and I would recommend it to everyone! If you're a purist, like a few of my friends and family though, be warned. Their take on the Cuban is made with Ciabatta not Cuban Bread, Mozzarella not Swiss, and is toasted not pressed... I ordered a Vanilla & Dulce De Leche Cookie for Dessert. It was AMAZING! Soft chewy on the inside, a little crunch on the outside. The taste of a sugar cookie with little sugar bombs of Dulce De Leche throughout. Perfect. And I washed it all down with a Tres Leches Latte (Hot). It was DIVINE! Very much on the sweet side, which I absolutely enjoyed to the last drop. But, if you do not like it too sweet, you can ask them to lower the sweetness level. Also, they will give you an option of dairy milk (2%), almond milk, or oat milk when you order. It was our first time here, so we wanted to try all the flavors! We got the beef, chicken, BBQ pork, Cuban, chicken curry, veggie, and ropa vieja empanadas. I LOVE the crispy exterior of the empanadas, although interestingly, the first bites always tasted slightly salty. The fillings all had decent flavor, but none of them were outstanding or impressed me enough to want more. I will say, the green salsa they included with the order SIGNIFICANTLY improved the taste and experience of the empanadas. By itself, I'd rate the empanadas 3/5, but with the salsa, it definitely goes up to at least 4/5. But I dislike that the empanadas can't hold their own without the addition of the salsa. The shop is located in a plaza with a decent amount of parking. I think there were a few tables outside to enjoy the food, but not much seating otherwise. The girl at the counter seemed sweet and helpful and immediately greeted us when we came into the store. While the empanadas here aren't for me, it does seem like many people like them!

We were seated right away in the way way back of the restaurant. The layout and decor of the place gives it a classic, borderline kitschy vibe. You can tell it's a place that's managed to hold its own for like 60 years (!!!). The server was friendly, overall service was prompt, and the portions were solid. I got the quiche of the day, which was ham and cheese, and it was amazing. It came with a side (salad was fresh and crisp) and a muffin -- their raspberry streusel muffin was so delicious and a perfect dessert to tie the meal together. I would definitely get this special again, and look forward to trying their other versions of both quiches and muffins.
