I happened to be waiting for the restroom while we waited for our food, and an employee came out after washing his hands, so cleanliness is definitely a 10/10! I had my half of the brisket first, and it was SO good. My husband ate his half of the Italian beef, and commented that it was dry and that they must have forgotten the cheese. I then inspected my half before I started eating, and didn't see any cheese. There was a tiny amount underneath melted into the bun, but not throughout the meat like I expected. I then read the menu description again and saw that it mentioned being "seasoned in gravy" and topped with pepperoncini and giardiniera. The sandwich in front of me appeared to be dry roast beef. I tasted a piece of it and it didn't taste seasoned at all. There was pepperoncini on the plate, which we assumed was a garnish. The waitress said she'd bring us the gardiniera, and that they always put that on the side anyway. So apparently you are getting a French dip that you have to turn into an Italian beef on your own? That doesn't explain why the beef wasn't seasoned, and there were no signs of gravy. Oh, and the nearly nonexistent cheese! We asked for the sandwich to be taken off our bill, but the manager said he could only take off less than half because we had eaten part of it. Insane...how were we supposed to know it wasn't as described unless we tried it? Additionally, the fries were warm, at best, and quickly grew cold after just eating a few. We won't be back!

Decided to forego a $16 six pour flight for buying some tasters individually & just diving right in to a few goblet pours. Angry Minnow did not disappoint. This may be brewer Jason's first brewery gig since his Great Dane apprenticeship but...he is Dialed In! I told April and Taryn "each beer just keeps getting better!" There were three IPA's on tap and they said the Citra was the least piny/bitter, so I went w a sample of that. So well balanced, delicious. The Hazy was no slouch. zi started my beery voyage w a McStukie's Scotch Ale. I then moved around to a Tequila Saison Chardonnay Blonde Oakys Oatmeal Stout & a 9-Toe Doppelbock before wrapping up with a 5oz pour of Hazy. I was so busy chatting up customers and Taryn I completely forgot to ask about how the beers got their names? I guess a job for my second visit..... I love the brick walled tap room, the spacious tables and the variety of merch. Free street parking is easy. I opted not to eat but the small menu looked to quench any palate and it was good offerings, not just a burger or side salad. It's no wonder The Angry Minnow has been around since 2004!! Both excellent examples of those styles. The biggest disappointment was that there was NO FOOD available despite a sign outside that said small plates. I've gone three times in the past three months, and the first two times I was pleasantly surprised at the service. The young woman at the counter practically bent over backwards to help. Filled my drinks, made sure everything was put together well in a bag for me so basically all I have to do is pick it up and go. The food was fresh. And I left with a smile. But it takes one bad employee to turn that over again. The third time was me walking up to the counter saying "I have a mobile order", and giving my name... and she steps up to the cash register to say " what would you like"? I said, excuse me? I just told you I'm here for my mobile order. I had a salad, a cheeseburger, a soda, and a medium blizzard to pick up... and she asked if I wanted a bag. I said how else am I going to carry all of this? She put an empty cup on the counter for me... I've never had to fill my own drink at DQ so I had to ask where that is done. I found it before she answered me. Came back to the counter and had to weave my way through three other customers. She was leaning on the counter. I said "is the rest of my order ready?" She said what else did you have? OMG are you serious? Look at my receipt. "OH. OK well your blizzard is up there..." points to an unlidded drink way out of my reach all while she's just standing there, leaning on the counter. So I had to weave my way back through the other customers to go get a lid. Came back and my salad was under the heat lamp. I said can you please get my salad out from under the heat lamp? And get one of those large plastic bags, please. Now, where is my cheeseburger? (as I'm putting everything in the bag.) as I was leaving I asked are you new? "Yes". I said well you need to learn how to help your customers more. That's literally your job. Not mine. When I order a mobile order, it should be ready for me to pick up and go with it. He asks if I want to round my total up for the Ronald McDonald House and I say absolutely because they help so many families. I get my drink cup, fill up my crisp sweet tea, and sit down. Not even 2 minutes later, someone is bringing me my food! Hot, fresh, and speedy. About 5 minutes later, the same young man who welcomed me in to the restaurant asks me if my food is okay and if I needed anything else at the moment. That's fine, we were patient. We finally got our order, and the ice-cream was missing. Again, that's fine. We went around, and told the employee standing by the front door what happened, and she said that we have to go through the whole line, again. We'd already spent 34 minutes there. Now there were three more cars to wait behind. After 12 minutes, none of the cars moved, and we just left. They didn't care about customer satisfaction, and proved it that day.
