My husband opted for a beer flight, I chose a lovely pinot grigio, and we ordered a half charcuterie board. It was the best charcuterie board we've had in the area. The owner and other worker behind the bar were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our only gripe was the newly-added game room. It's not enclosed, therefore the shrieking of toddlers and children is in no way muffled, and kids running out to the end of the bar we were sitting near left us feeling like we were at McDonald's. Unless a door or some soundproofing is added, I guess we'll just go after 5 p.m. when hopefully the kiddos are heading home.

I then moved around to a Tequila Saison Chardonnay Blonde Oakys Oatmeal Stout & a 9-Toe Doppelbock before wrapping up with a 5oz pour of Hazy. For my main meal I got the fried chicken and waffles which comes with fries. I was surprised to see that when it came out, it was two waffles and two pieces of chicken. As I said before, pretty good portion size. The chicken was quite tasty with the hot honey, but the waffle was a little too sweet for me. With the waffle already being sugar pearl, once the honey saturated it was just a little too much for me. The fries were done nice with a crisp outside and soft inside.
