let me start with, I was a last minute, first time client (for her, not for injections--knew what…read moreto expect), on a sunny Saturday evening, 15 minutes before closing time. I just needed some Juvaderm...simple. The told me to come on over, and was really patient with me that I got kinda turned around driving in Sheapshead Bay, took a little longer than I thought it would. You may feel a little weird stepping into the elevator on the sidewalk, but, that goes away as soon as it opens on the second floor. The office is beautifully done and the young woman Rebecca (sorry, sp?) is very friendly and welcoming. Great smile, great personality, knowledgeable, and good at helping you relax. I wanted to fill my lips as big as possible, while still looking sexy, not cartoonish. When Dr Kleydman came in the room, i was just blown away. The pictures on her website are pretty, but seriously dont do her justice. She is super gorgeous woman. So, I began to explain what I wanted, and that I had used Juvaderm before in the pillows. I was mostly happy with it, though it is sometimes distracting because its dense. You always FEEL it. She recommended Restylane Define. I said, okay, I trust you, LETS DO IT! (you will feel that way too, I guarantee it) This woman is an extremely talented artist and perfectionist. My lips look AWESOME!!!! Perfect. I couldnt have even imagined they wouldve looked like this. P.E.R.F.E.C.T. I scheduled an appointment for a checkup 2 weeks later, and they said I could get a free gentle laser treatment facial at that time. At my 2 week checkup appt...another young woman was there with Rebecca (im sorry I forgot your name Toronto!). We giggled and chatted until it was time to go into the room. Super nice people! Anyway, when Dr Kleydman came in the room I hugged her so tight I couldve spun her around in circles! I LOVE HER, and have hence forth adopted her as my sister (at least in my head lol ;) I am so thrilled with my lips. I had a bit of swelling initially, but when that went away WOWWZA. Now Im prepping for the laser treatment. It was so relaxing. Its a gentle laser with NO down time. when it was done, i put on my sunblock and that was it. The next day...O.M.G....the redness in my cheeks and around my nose is almost completely GONE. The texture of the skin at the 11's is finer. Just overall BETTER everywhere. I want that laser every week (but I think you have to wait 2). I know there are a LOT of super picky ladies in that area of Brooklyn...every single one of you should be going to Dr. Kleydman. Her beauty is the last thing on the list of compliments for her. She KNOWS what she is doing. She is a talented injection artist. And she a sweet and loving person who truly keeps her patients in her heart. What a gift to the world.

The office staff is horrible and rude... at best! The place is packed with 20-30 smelly old people, and the waiting area opens right out to the elements, so every time the door opens, freezing wind blows in. Staff from his office and other offices in the building smoke right outside his door, so the smelly smoke also blows in. So just imagine the triple-threat of ice cold smoke filled air, mixing with the smelly old people B.O. Yuck! As for the doctor... very odd bedside manner. His attempts at humor, to defuse the frustration of waiting almost 3 hours, did not help at all! Only made me more angry. Apparently he thinks hes a funny wise guy. He's not! And worst off all, all the things he found, and burned off, on my decaying half-century body, have all grown back a few months later. The visit was a complete waste of time, and money. Stay away! you've been warned!!

I am so used to a receptionist picking the phone up right away, instead, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and it sounded like somebody was picking the phone up a few times and then it would go back to the music and advertisement blah, blah, blah I don't think any New Yorker has time to spend 10 minutes on a phone listening to a dermatologist trying to sell products and services instead of someone actually picking up a phone and taking care of business effectively and efficiently and just booking the appointment Hopefully, they'll get their sh&$t together and provide better and more personable client services.

They took a biopsy and said my results will be ready in about a week. The next morning, I wake up and my rash has spread basically all over my body. I call Spring Street derm MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEAVE MULTIPLE CONCERNED VOICEMAILS AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME FOR THREE DAYS. The rash is spreading very rapidly at this point. The only way I was able to get a response from them was to physically show up to the office and demand that Dr. Wu call me at her earliest convenience. Dr. Wu called me back immediately and we set up an appointment for the following day, but no one from her staff had even alerted her of my concerns about the rash spreading. I'm really disappointed in this practice because I feel that if they had returned my calls earlier or taken my illness seriously, I wouldn't be dealing with this insane full-body rash right now. There is truly no worse feeling than dealing with an illness and feeling like nobody cares. This experience has honestly been so disheartening. The two stars I'm giving go to Dr. Wu who was great.
