That kind of longevity already says everything. The treatment is 100% worth it. The results are clean, long-lasting, and you can really see the difference over time. Rima not only sat down with me at the start of the appointment to discuss my concerns, but also walked through with me step-by-step about what she was doing and why. I felt completely at ease, and can immediately notice an improvement to my scars. This appointment was a five star experience, but I've left four stars to reflect a comprehensive review of my four sessions. I also think the business manager's responses to critical reviews are a bit gaslighting and customer blaming so the four stars also reflect that. Overall, I would recommend Park Slope Laser but only if you request Rima cause she's an empathetic and knowledgeable provider!

My skin was absolutely radiant! Not only is Yelena very professional with years of experience...but she is brilliant to create the Roezen Beauty Mask! I bought it, and use it every other day. The caviar and essential oils do wonders for tired skin infusing it with Vitamins that go through all the layers of the epidermis. I recommend it to everyone. I have had skin problems (only on my face) for the past 8+ years and my acne was constantly a challenge. I have tried countless estheticians and NOTHING helped to the extent that the Roezen mask does. It truly is incredible. Yelena is a wonderful esthetician and is passionate about what she does. She gives you a step-by-step routine, with incredible products... that put you on the right track. I have been going to her for a month and have purchased some of her products, which are not badly priced at all for the AMAZING results that they yield. I waited a few weeks to write this review because I feel that products often help for a few days and then just dry out your skin. I wanted to wait and see the longer-term results in order to write an honest review. I came to realize that the Roezen mask and products (I use them religiously and correctly) helped to bring all of my problems to the surface (pull all of the bad stuff from inside) and to CORRECT my skin for better long-term results. I had scarring, cysts, extreme redness, and other unpleasant things on my face just a month ago and, for the most part, all of that has DISAPPEARED. My skin tone is now even for the first time in a while and I don't have to worry about putting on AS MUCH make-up anymore (which ultimately helps make the skin even healthier). I am typically hesitant to endorse products but I certainly recommend the Roezen Mask (and TONER) to everyone suffering from skin problems. This mask and system has worked wonders for me.

Added bonus: she is a beautiful soul. I almost don't want to write this review because she's my biggest secret. Elina has been working on my face for the past year and she has done wonders to my face and skin in general. So far, thanks to her facials, peel and laser procedures I got rid of terrible breakouts I had all over my face. I don't even need to wear make up any more, just a little bit of special treatment makeup which gives my skin smooth and glowing look. I also got laser hair removal done there. Elina did the procedure. It was fast and after the first time, I almost don't have any hair growing in that area. I will do it again soon. I highly recommend this salon. I didn't hear back from her so i texted her later in the day to ask if she re-booked the appointment and also asked how i book the other 2 appointments. She then texted me saying that after reviewing her schedule and client needs she doesn't think she is the best fit for what I am looking for and suggested another place that I could go to. I asked her why and that I didn't understand and she never texted me back. I find this extremely unprofessional and rather rude especially for someone who is in the service industry. Maybe she should hire a receptionist to deal with such things if she doesn't like to answer questions and address clients needs.

It's incredibly hard to find a *truly* organic, all-natural facial in NYC. Many estheticians who…read moremarket themselves as clean or holistic actually use product lines like Eminence Skincare. While those products are okay for some, I've personally found them unimpressive and have even had reactions to a few of their formulas. So I was really excited to discover that Laurie uses a beautifully curated, small-batch, artisanal line called Dr. Alkaitis. Everything smelled herbal in the most grounding, non-overpowering way--no artificial fragrance, nothing synthetic--just clean, earthy, plant-based goodness. The products felt gentle and nourishing on my sensitive skin. But honestly, what really made this experience special was Laurie herself. I had saved her Yelp page years ago while searching for organic facials in Manhattan, and I'm so glad I finally booked one--especially during my third trimester when I desperately needed some pampering and calm. From the moment I stepped into her studio, I felt a sense of serenity. The space is quiet, warmly lit, and beautifully curated with crystals and natural touches. There's a palpable positive energy in the room. Laurie has such a calming presence--her aura is kind, grounded, and intuitive. I instantly felt comfortable and cared for. The facial itself was *heavenly*. I've had a lot of facials over the years at top spas all over the world, and I can honestly say this was my favorite ever. Laurie's technique is slow, intentional, and nurturing. Every touch felt therapeutic. Her facial massage and pressure points work left me floating, and the incorporation of gua sha and cold glass globes added a whole other level of relaxation, especially on such a hot day. Laurie was incredibly attuned to my needs--checking in without disrupting the flow, and tailoring each product to suit my pregnancy-safe, sensitive skin. Although I'm usually quiet during spa services, I found myself chatting with Laurie throughout parts of the facial--she's just that warm and engaging. It turns out she's from Cape Breton, which is a really special place for my husband and me. We ended up talking about our shared love of the island, travel stories, diving spots, and our favorite green beauty brands. It felt more like catching up with an old friend than just a treatment. This was exactly the kind of intentional, soul-soothing care I needed before welcoming a baby into the world. I left feeling radiant, nurtured, and grounded. My skin looks AMAZING. Glowing, even toned, plump, and well hydrated. I'll absolutely be back--and recommending her to anyone looking for a facial that's not only clean and safe, but deeply rejuvenating on every level.
