Worked with The Dent Center to get the hail damage dings from my daughters car. Was told I would not pay anything more out of pocket other than what my insurance had paid me. They would work with the insurance adjuster to hammer out any other cost they may incur. The whole process took about 3 weeks, but that is due to them having to get the ok to work on the vehicle from the insurance adjuster. The car came back and they got all the hail dings out. They even were able to remove the dents in the metal window panels. Overall I was very satisfied with the end results and am glad the car looks new again. I highly recommend this company for hail damage on your car. One side note, they only take cash or cashiers checks. They don't take personal checks or credit cards, so please be aware of this. I had only had my Cadillac XT6 about two months when it was damaged by hail. I was devastated. Didn't know about dentless repair. Then the Dent Center that was recommended to me quickly came and got my car. They kept it for three weeks. They brought it back and they did a good job on the hail damage. Looked great. But I know have a scratch on my car and paint chipped on my hood and some articles that were in my car are missing. I contacted them and they told me that the articles were in my car that maybe they fell on the ground. Now after that response I can't get anybody to answer my texts. They also replied that the paint chips were preexisting and they were not. I don't have pics to prove it but they seemed bothered by my complaints and did nothing to reconcile the situation. I don't reccomend them if you want your car and it's contents taken care of cause they had no concern for my things after being paid 11,000.00 from my insurance company. For that kind of money I should be able to trust these people and get better results. read more

Here is my experience with The Dent Center. My daughters vehicle had hail damage from a recent storm. She contacted David and he came out to review the damage. First of all, when he asks how much the insurance said they will cover, DO NOT TELL HIM!! Only ask for an estimate if you consider using them. Do not sign anything!! He tells you "PAY NO DEDUCTIBLE". My insurance already deducted the amount from the claim amount. So, you still pay deductible. It's been 1 week since they have had the vehicle and I have to call to get status. I call my insurance to find out they requested another supplement for the additional repairs. My initial insurance estimate was $9k and now they requested an additional $7k. Are you kidding me!! I wouldn't suggest using them. Also, when I called the 800 #, the lady who answered the phone and gave me information, when I asked if I can cancel, she said well.you signed the contract. She also said well, you pay for insurance through out the year for situations like this. Really!?! IF I COULD GIVE NONSTARS I WOULD. LET'S SEE HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE TO REPAIR..... This is the 2nd time in 7 years I've had hail damage. Both times James and his team made our vehicles look as if nothing had happened.

We had hail last month and our 2022 Pilot got some dents. We were searching for some places and David appear on our Door. He was not pushy but really answer all my concerns when it came to insurance processes. I was really content with our conversation and glad we went with the dent center to fix our 2022 pilot. We were blown away with what they offered us. Pick up our vehicles, provided a comparable loaner, with toll road use and waived our deductions. Worst experience with this company. Hail damage was repaired, however the interior & exterior of my car was damaged during the process. I had to leave my car multiple times to replace plastic panels, scratches made from negligence, console was ruined, car mat was ruined, and my car smelt like a man that hasn't taken a bath in days, and my car still smells! Owner Marc lied, and said he would take care of the issues which he did take care of some. Every time I came back to pick up my car the repairs on the bumper weren't done, but had over 60 plus miles put on my car? Ended up leaving my car there 3 separate times a total of a month, because every time I came to pick up my car there was more damage done by his employees negligence. They got almost $9,000 from my insurance company and damaged my car and refused to fix some issues.The owner offered me a gift card in place of repairing what was left damaged. 04/19/2020,hail storm attacked arlington area, like a lot of car,my car get at least 30 dents. The follow day, I find out this flyer on my car, that flyer is from The Dent Center,I called them and they came afternoon, they cover all my dedication fee 1000dollars, and bring rental can for me and took my car away to fix, after 5 days , they bring my car back. I check my car from head to the end, NO DENT at all, they clear all dent away, they doing perfect job!!!!also I left my wallet in the rental car, they drive all the back to return it to me. I almost missed it! When a sales guy knocked on my door, I almost didn't answer. I'm glad I did! David told me that he could help get my hail damaged Excursion fixed. I was really skeptical at first because I had never heard of a salesman offering hail repair. It had been a few months since the storm, and I actually had received a repair quote but the insurance company low-balled the estimate, and the body shop I started with didn't seem to know what to do with the low number. David said it would be no problem. The Dent Center helped with my deductible and David asked me if I needed an SUV while they repaired my truck. I was surprised because I don't have rental coverage with my insurance, but The Dent Center took care of it anyway! The postcard he gave me said "Hassle-Free Hail Repair" and they mean it. They picked up my truck and dropped off a large SUV to fit my family. They immediately determined that the insurance estimate was way off, and negotiated with them to get everything fixed on the truck. When I got it back, you couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. I was amazed by the quality of the repair, but mostly by the level of customer service. They were easy to contact when I had questions even after the repair. Since that first storm, I've had to have damage repaired a couple more times, and The Dent Center has taken care of me every time. I've referred friends any time a storm comes through, because I know they'll get great customer service and a car that looks brand new when they're done with it. Had the worst experience with The Dent Center in Addison. Hail damage was repaired, however the interior of my car was destroyed. I had to take my car back multiple times to replace plastic panels that they scratched and damaged when they popped them out to repair hail damage.They damaged my hood. It had chipped paint on top of the hood as if they dropped tools on top. The inside bottom of my hood had paint damage and dented metal teeth around the inner edge. While replacing my windshield perthey scratched the paint off the top edge of car where the window sits. They also tore off plastic edging around the windshield. Bumper had a gouge and scratch. My beige leather seats had a black film top to bottom and leather seat had tears on it as well. They had no clue how that could've happened." If I had to take a wild guess it's that dog they keep in the shop. You can clearly see the pattern of tears on the leather look like claw marks. I have no pets. My car was full of dog hair front to back when they returned it to me. They returned my car to me with all of this blatant damage and they tried to get away with it. While they did most of the repairs it was not without hassle. As I write this review I have one more issue with something bulging out of a plastic side panel but this point I'm gonna just gonna cut my losses. I refuse to take my car back to that shop to get the issue corrected. By far the worst, most stressful experience ever! I recommend you take good photos and video of your car inside and out where ever you decide to repair it. They do it to cover their backs and you should too! read more

Sales rep came to my door last year regarding hail damage. I thought it was great that they would pick up my car and drop it off at their shop. When the work was complete, I discovered that their shop was almost 40 miles away. I looked at the initial agreement and couldn't find where it specified the location. Guess I should have asked, but I would not have dreamed of them taking it that far and would never have knowingly sent my car that far for bodywork. I drove to Addison to pick it up and have since driven back twice to have things corrected. They did a shoddy job. The lift gate was closing unevenly. The hood was touching the body on one side because it was re-installed poorly. They fixed those items, albeit not to the highest quality, but I'm still finding things that aren't right. The body of my automobile will never be the same. Wish they had never laid a finger on it. Lesson learned. Don't trust anyone. Check them out first! read more

I found the dent center because a rep by the name of James came to my neighborhood and approached me after seeing my car which had lots hail damage at first I was a little skeptical because it sounded too good to be true but after doing some research realized it was a reputable company. I set up my pick up they came to my house dropped of the rental and picked up my vehicle very easy process. Their customer service is excellent and they fixed my vehicle in a week which I thought was a fast turnaround. My deductible was waived and I paid nothing out of pocket. Bryan and his team are very easy to work with and were able to accommodate our needs for rental drop off and pickup. They handled the insurance claim process with our insurance company directly. This David person promised my husband and I that we would not have to pay out of pocket for any damage. Here we are with work that isn't guaranteed or certified with a cracked windshield. My husband reached out several times for him to fix the windshield which he assured us would be included with all the damage that would be repaired beforehand. Turns out that was a lie. You're better off just going through your insurance company. Don't waste your time with these people. read more

They managed to fix extensive hail dimples on my car, take care of some minor collision damage, and fix an unrelated side dent without costing more than my insurance was willing to pay. Their free rental car was a great help too. I would have given a 5-star rating but my car needed an unexpected fix after the sunroof was put in incorrectly (they fixed it right away though). So, after getting my still damaged car back, I called The Hail Repair Center in McKinney, who negotiated with my insurance company to ensure I would get to keep my car. This was a hassle free experience. From Brian knocking on my doctor explaining the process to seeing the finish result, it was painless. The company dropped off a rental at my house and my insurance company kept me in the loop from day one and handled all the paperwork and payment through The Dent Center. I was told that the job would take about 13 days but I was told that my car was ready in seven days. When I got to car at the shop, the dents were gone! Great job! They kept my car for six weeks and when I got it back it was trashed inside! After 6 weeks and almost $9,000 from my insurance company....you think it would look brand new! I have body repair shops do awesome jobs in 1 1/2 weeks for $1600.....and these guy could not do in 6 for $9000. They will rape your insurance company!! read more

BAD EXPERIENCE!! I am getting the run around to get the work completed!!! Save your time and money The employes of the dent center appeared at my door, even with the NO soliciting sign, I agreed to let them take my truck and fix it using the insurance write up. They took my truck with the quickness, removed the dents and returned the truck within 4 days. When they returned the truck, I informed them that they did not finish all the work that was in the quote. I was told by the guy dropping my truck off to my house that I would have to contact them later and bring my truck back to see what they could do. I went to the dent center, had my file pulled, and was told that I would have to make arrangements thru Pro Touch to have the additional insurance work completed. Over the next couple of weeks, I called Pro Touch several times and left messages to schedule an appointment, but no one returned my call. When I finally get in contact with Pro Touch, they completely don't know what I'm talking about, and told me they would have to keep my truck several more days. I call back to The Dent Center, and they called to schedule me an appointment, which I arrive at the appointment only to be told to return another time because they had paying customers to attend to first. Very bad business!!!! I am contacting my insurance company to inform them about this place not completing the work but excepting the payment. If the job could not be completed, it should not have been taken, and the insurance company should not pay for work not completed. Not happy at all, and I have to waste my gas and time again this afternoon going back to wait to see when Pro Touch can do the remaining work that the dent center was paid for almost a month ago by my insurance company. read more
