My "last" for life car..... and so I was very upset and being rear ended my an........ non-observant and distracted individual. We read some good reviews and decided to take our baby hear. Amazing experience! Enterprise rental on site: When we did the drop off, the gentleman that took in our car Manny/Miguel? (My hubby is horrible with names) Was amazing! He saw that we were turning in a premium vehicle and our stature; and was like you're getting a tiny compact car. Call the Insurance adjuster and get you a better vehicle. As we called he actually jumped on the phone and talk to the insurance agent and advise them that we were turning in a premium vehicle and we should get the same in return. And so we did, that was very thoughtful And made the whole transition a lot more comfortable. The repairs: Hector (? Again my hubby is horrible with names) was amazing, called us to tell us the date of completion for the repairs and that he would keep us up-to-date on the progress. He gave us a call every few days to let us know about parts being delivered, the Current status of the repair, and all of the details of the job. It was nice to know what was happening every step of the way. The aftermath: After we picked up the car it was literally spotless clean. I was so shocked to see that the car was super clean on the outside- I think they even waxed it! The mats looked brand new overall it just looked like oh my gosh our baby is back, even our leather seats had gotten a conditioning treatment. It was funny that we actually all remarked to ourselves that we felt that we had an upgrade after riding around in the "premium rental."We actually really missed our car and we're so happy to be in it thanks to the care that was put into it. Our experience was amazing and we would definitely recommend this place, and go again - hopefully it stays consistent and the staff is acknowledged for their great work!

After deciding to move forward, a representative came to my home the next day for an on-site consultation and estimate. We feel like the estimate was accurate and fair. The car was picked up and a rental car was dropped off at my home in less than a week. There was a minor delay due to the winter storm but we were kept informed on progress and when we could expect the car to be returned. The team handled all paperwork and communication with our insurance company. I had a minor issue with the rental car. I made a phone call, explained the situation. A replacement car was delivered to my location within two hours. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend this business to family and friends. These guys destroyed the classic car I inherited then refused to make it right…read more I was referred to Awesome and told they were slow, but did good work at a good price. I had recently inherited my dad's C4 corvette Indy pace car and wanted the convertible top fixed, as it didn't seal and let in water, along with several cosmetic touches like adding visors. After several months they called and said it was ready to go. I should have refused immediately when they said they replaced my convertible top with one that no longer had an inner liner, so it looked tacky and not remotely the quality of the one I already had on it. Further, the "new" top still didn't seal and had visible gaps at the windows still allowing rain in. Also, it was clearly used and NOT new. As we tried to leave, my car ran out of gas before we exited the property, because they had clearly been driving it a lot. Then in the 1/4 mile drive to get on 635, the "brand new" visor literally fell off and was dangling by the exposed wire (see pic and text with timeline). They hadn't screwed it back in or lined up the screws. I called them immediately and they claimed they had too much business and asked it I could drop it off in a few weeks when things calmed down. I called close to a dozen times over the following 6 months and they never would see me much less agree to fix their shoddy work. Other than the fact that they had literally had it for 6 months, the push for me to get it back was due to my wife's birthday the next day and we planned to go for a ride. SO disappointing. Further, they tried to overcharge me by thousands. I found NEW parts at full retail prices in the official corvette book and they were all less than they were charging me for the crappy used parts they put on my car. DO NOT trust them with anything you care about.
