Waited for a review but Elite took care of my MKV Supra, including replacing the PPF after some front body damage. Not many body shops do both body repair and PPF installation. I had a rock come barreling down the highway and chipped my front end so bad it went through my original PPF. They're in network with State Farm which makes the entire process super simple. They have the rental company come to their shop so it's no hassle on you. They went above and beyond. Even put PPF on my front lip. Customer service was fantastic. I was greeted and talked to respectfully upon drop off and pick up. The turn around time and craftsmanship is excellent. I was nervous the entire time because other shops like to cut corners. Not these guys. They even installed the PPF better than the original shop I had it installed! The Supra is my baby and they took special care of it. Couldn't be happier. My husband found this place, as he owns a Porsche and Tesla and is a stickler for good body work and anytime he has anything done to his cars, he heads to this place. My neighbor's shed burned down about 10 feet from my car. It melted all the trim, side mirror, front and rear bumpers and head- and tail lights on the passenger side as well as two pieces of the body. Also, when I was still in my driveway, someone either backed in or pulled in and put a dent on the rear end driver's side of my car. Fortunately, my insurance covered all the repairs. I chose to take the car to Elite Auto Werks without knowing how great my experience with them would be. They gave me a free estimate and told me it would take 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 weeks to order and receive all the parts and complete the repairs including painting it. I doubted them but still had them do it. It only took three weeks to the day for them to finish the repairs. My car is a 2014 Mazda CX5, so I wasn't expecting it to turn out looking like it does. It looks like a brand new car just found on the dealership's floor. They also detailed it, and although I didn't ask about this, I believe they also waxed it. As well as all that, although the driver's side headlight wasn't damaged, they polished out all the scratches and yellow discoloration. It looks as new as the passenger's side headlight they did replace. I truly hope I never have to be in need of a body shop in the future, but if I do I'll definitely take the car to Elite Auto Werks considering their excellent customer service and them making this 2014 model look brand new and all the extras they provided. Being without professional knowledge in car repairs, I often felt scammed after I dealt with various auto shops. Not here though. Mr. Tim and his staff are usually on one accord when it comes to the results, attention to details, taking responsibility for contingent errors, and willingness to please and work with you if you have or lack full coverage insurance. After a recommendation a couple years ago, I have visited Mr. Tim's full service shop for majority of my needs & questions, and any issues regarding my Infiniti G37. The shop specializes in servicing a variety of luxury and high-end performance vehicles at a fraction of the price you would potentially receive elsewhere. Previously, my vehicle was virtually totalled, but the technicians at Elite Auto Werks were able to thoroughly repair it, thus saving me time, expenses, and the hassles of obtaining a new vehicle. My Front Bumper, Bumper Reinforcement Bar, & Energy Absorber were replaced. My Hood and Quarter Panel were aligned. Lastly, my slightly bent Frame was straightened and aligned. Both OEM or quality aftermarket parts were a possible option upon request. Now, my Infiniti G37 looks and drives considerably great. I brought my BMW M4 in after it was vandalized and Tim and his crew at Elite Auto Werks went above and beyond any service I've ever received. He was extremely meticulous and followed up every step of the way with updates and full transparency. One of the parts(driver side door insert) took 6-8 weeks to arrive since it was a made to order part. This arrived to his vendor (Classic BMW) in a damaged box. Tim was wary of the packaging and inspected the door insert, and sure enough it was damaged as well. He took it upon himself to go to rectify the situation. It was an unfortunate circumstance out of anyone's control but the amount of care Tim took was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the result. read more

Had a dented fender from hitting a dumb parking lot pole and went to these guys from a recommendation from a sweet lady at the Tom Thumb across from my house that I frequent often. They gave me a quote, I went home looked to see if I could save that up, I could, so I called them, made an appt, dropped it off, was promised a time frame and they had it completed BEFORE the day he said it would be ready!!
