I bought a Jeep from him and shortly after having the Jeep I started to get the death wabbles. A issue he was well aware the Jeep had but said nothing to me about after basically replacing the whole front end I went back into his shop and tried to get him to give me my deposit back and we can call it a wash on all the money I gave him for the Jeep which totaled about $4,000 but I was willing to take the loss to be able to get into something more reliable. He then told me no let me out you in something better. We have had such a hard time with that Jeep and the death wabbles. I am gonna sell it to the auction. He then put me in a f-150 and which in the first year again another problem. The rack and pinion went out on it. He replaced and I paid him to do so. Well a few weeks later I got what seem to be the death wabbles in my truck!! Some how his guys loosened the control arm bolt and my muffler cracked in half because of how they jacked the car up. Every time he works on a car it has another problem when you get it back. But I just got it fixed and went on with my life. Well two years in the power steering pump and radiator go out. When I got the truck he assured me that he had just replaced the power steering pump with a brand new one. (Nothing he uses is brand new) he will lie to you about that. So I let him fix those and again we work out a payment plan and I get the truck back. Well a week later the truck starts pouring out trans fluid and I get stranded in the middle of no where. The truck goes back to ole Larry's shop again and he figures out his guys messed up once again. Now I fell behind on my payments for a month work slowed down but I was gonna make it right and get current. I dumped a lot of money into this truck, even got new wheels and rims on it to make it look really nice. Well Larry saw how nice it was when he as working on it and saw that he could take the truck from me and resell it for close to what I was gonna pay. He will screw you over guarantee his repo rate is probably one of the highest out of any dealership around.

I purchased a truck from Jason at Kendall Auto less than six months ago. Jason came highly…read morerecommended from my company, which makes this even harder to write. At the time, Jason assured me this vehicle had a brand new engine, and that a considerable amount of other parts and components where recently replaced, as Jason had owned this vehicle prior. At the time, this truck had just over 240000 miles and Jason assured me that if I brought the truck to him he would honor a "warranty" that would cover parts... No labor. At the time, i was being pressured from my organization to purchase a vehicle, so I had little choice but to agree. Furthermore, I made the mistake of not paying attention to the quality of tire and what kind of rims/tires the truck needed... 22s as it were are difficult because no one has them on hand... The truck ran fine for a couple of months until those tires had to be replaced... Only 3000 miles after I bought the truck. Increasingly, more and more, issues began to arise with this vehicle... Coolant lines needing to be replaced, oil pressure senders and sensors going bad... My dashboard backlight going out (they are not individual lamps, but a whole piece that needs to be replaced) and to top it off- the knock sensor in the "brand new" engine Jason claimed all began showing signs of wear and needed changing... Fast forward to today- 255,000 miles on the frame - I've sunk close to $2500 already, owing $2800 still and still needing close to 1k work... Igo to ask Jason to to honor his promise for a warranty on the knock sensor and the dash light as I feel they pertain to the year warranty... What do I get as a response? Defensive rhetoric and accusations of not taking care of the vehicle... This guy will go back on his word and professional promises to his customers. I wish I could continue but at this point I will not be doing any further business with this establishment.
