These guys do amazing work and provide fair pricing. I was referred to them by the shop that sold me my JDM Toyota Celica when I discovered rust on the passenger door. Navid, the owner, assessed the damage and took the car in for repair and had his guys start on it right away. What appeared to be a minor issue turned out to be much more major and required that they re-manufacture a portion of the door. The gentleman that did the work is an absolute artist and even color matched the paint by eye, since the car had been painted over when it was in Japan (the original color was silver, as confirmed by the stamped plate in the engine compartment). Navid had some other suggestions for work to be done on the car in the future and I will definitely be going back to his shop given the high quality of the repairs that they just did combined with his honesty and integrity in dealing with me regarding this matter. These guys did it for less than a quarter of that, and it looks great. American Collision got the part in quickly, matched the color of my car well and got the mirror installed with no fuss. I stopped by here to get my headlights restored. I wasn't sure what the result might be. But when I arrived I found a clean and neat shop with a very friendly and professional owner. I took my CTS v here about a year and 1/2 ago and they did a horrible job under my spoiler all the paint had come off and I had to take it back to get the truck repained then a month later the bumper warped and the paint spider cracked and I was done going back there I couldn't be without my car so I bought my own bumper , now in the recent storm a tree fell on my new car and I took it there and told them about my last experience and he said not to worry he will over look it and make sure everything is good this time well today I pick up my car and what do it know there is 2 chips by the window and when I ask him about it he says you're really gonna give me crap for 2 chips there's other scratches on the car, he didn't work on other parts of the car so that shouldn't matter the point is that he didn't fix the thing he worked on then he says it will cost $200 if I want to leave it there to get the chips fixed, I'm done with this place forever I recommend that no one ever goes here read more

This place will not do what they say. Maybe on headlight restoration or small dents. But when it comes to fixing front end they think that cosmetic repairs is all there is to it but when it comes to safety they haven't a clue on how to fix your vehicle. I talked to another reviewer on Yelp was told right place I wish I had never called I would not have ever used America Collision. Don't talk to anyone on reviews you never know how they really are related to the business. The owner himself told me that he was related to the person I talk with if this is the case then he should not be allowed to post. I also have a copy in your hand writing and it says check front end plus you went up on your bid without calling to tell me that the price would change. You did not offer to check it until I ask for the old parts. I stand by this review and have paper work to back it up. As for as the ride yes you gave me a ride most places do and all the time I was in your truck you had to smoke plus on the phone not speaking English and when you did get off you said it was your cousin. Beside you advertise on your building FREE LONGER CAR That is okay people need family. People need to be able to trust you to do what you say and in writing. read more

I came by the shop one morning with a busted front bumper and they took my car in and had it fixed up same-day, no problem (they even cleaned up my old headlight as a courtesy). Navid was very attentive to the repair I needed, and was very considerate, as he offered to drive me to my house when I did not have another ride available.
