I m very disappointed with the 2% charge for using CC on parts and services. And the customers don't find that out until they get to the payment portion of the encounter. This is something stupid and new that the dealership is coming out with then they need to be upfront about it when customer books the appointment!!! Because not everyone carries around wads of $100 bills to pay for everything!! We are in the 21st century and digitalization is the way to go - not going backwards to carry cash. Really disappointed with the repair on my truck. I was new to town and was sent there by my State Farm agent. Unfortunately, there work didn't hold up and although they have a life time warranty on their work, they now don't want to honor their policy. They replaced my front bumper which is white and now its covered with 100s of black chip marks. I never was behind any gravel truck or been off road. They are blaming me for doing one of those two things, but I'm pretty sure the paint did not adhere to the surface and the chips were caused by bug hits which obviously shouldn't be the case. Every single person that worked there was so friendly. From the moment I stepped inside I felt I was taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. My car was ready a week early and in absolute pristine condition - they even washed it for me. They kept in constant contact keeping me updated on what was going on which I really appreciated. Before I took my car here read all the reviews, most of them were very poor. But I decided since I had purchased a car from AutoNation, I might as well go ahead and get my car fixed by their collision center. My insurance is going to be paying for the rental car anyway. When my wife and I got there, we immediately went inside and got greeted by the front desk. We were connected with Scott within the first 10 minutes or so. We were made aware that he was on the phone with another client so we did not mind waiting. After talking to Scott, he immediately went outside and looked over the vehicle with us. After we finished the paperwork, which was very short five minute process; We went to the enterprise rental car inside. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to get through that process, because we did look around for a car that better fit our needs. We went ahead and rented the Nissan Altima, and the gentleman inside the Rent-A-Car took it outside and we looked around the vehicle. The whole process from beginning to end took about 30 minutes. Everybody was incredibly polite, and they tried to be as responsive to our needs as possible. We were expecting the car to take about a month, it had sustained moderate damage to the front bumper, and the entire thing needed to be replaced. After about two weeks we got the call back that we could get our car picked up. I also wanted to note that they answered the phone and talk to us through the process nearly every time we called. The few times that they were unavailable they were usually at lunch, or had gone home for the day. We were pleasantly surprised by the Quick repair of the vehicle. When we picked up the car there was a small part of the bumper where the paint had chipped off. They let us know that we can bring the car back in at any time and they would fix it for free. Give us a rental car as well. About a week later, we took the vehicle back in, so that they could finish the paint job. They told us it would take about three days, it has been about two days, and they told us that we could come and pick up our vehicle. They even fixed the other paint chipping on the car, from previous accidents and or wear or tear. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and they got everything done quickly within a reasonable amount of time. I understand that some people can have bad experiences depending on what you are working with, but I can assure you that that was not the case for us. We want to give a special shout out to all the people that made our experience so delightful. Thank you to Scott, Dan, Jack, Cody, Bobby, Kevin, and Ian. As well as our Tech Robert and Painter Jaime. Our car looks practically brand-new. You would never be able to tell that it was in an accident. We will definitely be using you for future repairs. read more

I wasn't too sure how to rate them. When i first dropped my car off, I had to make the guy take my car. I dropped it off on a Saturday and I'm sure the guy just wanted to leave. I had to tell him that I'm leaving my car and I'm going to enterprise. Why did I have to force his hand in the first place? I'm practically giving him money. When I picked up my car everything looked fine. The work is good but i did have a few scratches that were not there prior to dropping my car off. After i drove about a mile or two my tire pressure light came on. Come to find out all of my tires were extremely low, they were all at 19-20! This place is pretty iffy. Just an FYI! read more

They argued with the insurance company for two weeks, trying to raise the amount of the repairs. During this time, the representative chosen to help us, K., went to training for a number of days while he was supposed to be working on our case. No other rep took over the handling of our case. We only received communication after leaving multiple messages for the rep via email and phone. He felt that updating us once every week and a half was more than sufficient. During the time that our car was in their shop, there was a hailstorm, and our car was damaged again. I know that, as he insisted, they're not in control of the weather, but a call notifying us of the damage so I could file a separate claim would have been nice. He didn't even see the hail damage (because he wasn't paying attention to detail) or he tried to pass the vehicle off to us at handover without mentioning it. He argued with my husband in the parking lot for about a half an hour about whether or not they should have called us. There were smudges of compound remaining on the car, and the gas tank shield was not properly placed. Shoddy service, shoddy everything, and an argument and hail damage during the time my vehicle should have been in my garage to boot. They didn't even bother to wash the car for us. This all sounds like tiny petty stuff but it added up real quick. I won't go back to them if at all possible, and I recommend that anybody else who wants their car to be repaired be prepared to hound their rep and carefully inspect the vehicle afterwards, and prepare to rent a car for two weeks while they try to get more money out of your insurance company. He actually had the gall to say we should remember when reviewing their customer service survey that they gave us the car back "a day early". In actuality, it was ready the day *before* that but the rep neglected to call us until after it was too late to pick up the car. As for the actual repairs...who knows. Time will tell. read more

Over a month after having my car brought in to this location to be repaired, I'm still handling the repairs of my Mini. I have had the worst experience, and am floored by the fact that my car keeps being returned to me with blatant mistakes. The first time I received my car, the hood was crooked. The second time I had my car returned, I had a large dent on my hood and my headlights would not focus at equal heights on the road. In both instances, Autonation "generously" arranged a rental car for the re-repair. By generous, I mean a $20 allowance per day. It is impossible to rent a car for $20 a day. Just picked up my car from being repaired and could not be happier with the service received. My car looks brand new and was completely washed and vacuumed. My insurance quote was too low to cover the damage and repair and they contacted my insurance adjuster for me and arranged to have the insurance company pay the difference directly to Bankston. Loved not having to deal with that all over again. J.L. helped me and he called me to keep me completely updated on everything happening with my car. I was in and out from dropping my car off to picking it up, no waiting! And, they have an Enterprise car rental on site which is super convenient. I had an incident on the 75-S where someone else hit a giant piece of debris and sent it flying into my poor jetta at over 60 mph...after estimates my car needed $4000 in damage. I took it to AutoNation and everyone was actually very nice.. They called me every couple of days to let me know the progress. My car was in the shop for while with all the stuff it needed done, but I had a rental paid by insurace so I wasn't worried about it. So far it has been a couple weeks and my car is like new again! I had read reviews about people driving the car around and wasting gas, but that was not my case..it was returned just as I left it, but with a clean, new body and windshield! Have not had any problems thus far. I would definitely us this place again for further body work :D read more

Following a fender-bender, AutoNation repaired my car about 2 weeks ago. Dan was great and so were the two front desk clerks. They used to have an Enterprise right in the same building, but they moved down the street. However, the front desk are able to call them and they'll drive and pick you up if needed. Also, you can drop off the car at AutoNation and they'll come pick it up. Very convenient! But, it does take about 10 minutes for them to come (expected). I didn't have anything negative happen during the process. I got email updates and the car was ready 1 day early. It took about 8 days to fix, which seemed longer than I hoped. read more

Disappointed is an understatement. I used Autonation repair because they are BMW certified. I have a new BMW X6 and wanted to make sure it was in good hands. They took over a month to complete the repair (door and fender damage). When I went to pick up my car the windshield was completely cracked, I couldn't even drive it. They tried to hand me the keys like nothing was wrong! I obviously did not take my car back. I called the manager in Addison who said "okay we will take the car back". I called 4 days later and spoke with Ian, he said "well we haven't started the repairs we are waiting on you to put a claim in through insurance for your windshield" ummmm... Why would I use my insurance to pay for something you damaged? They said it was not their fault since there were chips from rock damage "so this just happens". Basically no one would take responsibility so I ended up taking care of the windshield Unacceptable is an understatement. Thanks for taking my car in for repairs and bringing it back with more damage. Never again. read more

Stay away from this dealership if you plan on needing you car back quickly. My car was towed here in December 2016 after a front end wreck. We asked to have it towed to BMW In Plano however the tow guy suggested BMW Dallas (Autonation dealer) because he had a good relationship with this dealer (probably gets paid for each car they take in). The initial call was quick to let us know that they had received the car. We didn't get any weekly updates or anything so I called about a month later and nothing was done to it yet. They made up an excuse about someone quitting and someone else had to take over the job (so I gave them the benefit of the doubt). They were dealing with my fiancé since she was the one that got hit driving it. I called Robert and of course he doesn't answer so I left a message. He eventually did call me back and said he would give me weekly updates via text/email so I provided him my information. Of course he didn't give me any updates throughout the process. We would call every few weeks and leave him multiple messages each time until he would call back to give us an update. We eventually had to call and speak to his manager Richard to get updates, he would at least try to get us answers. Come March we finally got promised a date of middle of March. Well, as you expect there were problems so had to be pushed back and back until April. We told him we would arrive around 830-9 to pick up the car. And of course another delay because Robert could not balance the books on the project (which I was told he had been working on it for 2 days). Shouldn't this be done each time they received any payments from insurance companies?? I sat there for about an hour and a half waiting because I can't get my car back until everything is balanced. I finally got fed up and asked to speak with Richard. He was a bit more understanding and allowed for me to take my car. Finally home free. Maybe we should have hounded them from the get go about it and keep calling for updates. Who know maybe it would have been completed earlier. All I know is if something wasn't fixed correctly I will not be bringing it back to them. Horrible doesn't even explain their customer service. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST and DONT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO BMW DALLAS. And NO I do not want to speak with the GM there's nothing to fix about this issue except maybe training your employees better. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I tend to think any positive review of this place is likely fraudulent and done from within the company. I'm not exaggerating or being vindictive, but based on my experience and what I've read from others, you should TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! My new 2015 BMW M3 was rear ended in a hit and run on 1/19/15 with heavy damage. It was towed to BMW Dallas, then to Autonation Collision Center in Addison for estimating the damage (both huge mistakes on my part). The guy estimating the damage was Matt Grace, his supervisor is Jeff Galloway. He got the damage estimate at $40k, and then said he had to communicate directly with BMW Germany on a wiring harness that could be $15k. He went into an elaborate explanation of how this wiring harness is not manufactured separately from the new vehicles and how BMW Germany would have to halt production on a new M3 and take the wiring harness from it. Then, they would see if just the rear portion of the harness could be fitted to my car. He added that communication could only be done through general emails to Germany (?!), so this could take weeks to months, JUST TO GET PRICING and info on the part. Sounded fishy from day one, but ok, I really had no other options. Monday will be three weeks and this place still can't determine if my car is even repairable or totaled. My adjustor finally talks to this guy himself yesterday. Matt Grace now tells my adjustor, he can repair the vehicle without the elusive wiring harness, just using some basic wiring for a few hundred dollars. HUH?! This is shady and fraudulent business behavior! Then why haven't they started repairing it?? Why did they wait almost three weeks for information on a part they now say they don't even need?? Why are they refusing to total a car that likely should be totaled?? I can make may assumptions about the answers to these questions, but I won't. My adjustor determined the damage and salvage price to have totaled the vehicle, so hopefully his manager will approve it, and I will not have to deal with Autonation anymore. Regardless, if my vehicle was repairable, why after three weeks, have no repairs even started? If it is totaled, why are they delaying the estimate for parts weeks later they say they do not even need? RED FLAGS all around!! Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and take it somewhere else that doesn't do business in these deceptive and fraudulent manners. read more

It is obvious that they used my car for someone's pleasure. Make sure you have a photo of the mileage if you have a car with this shop 2. workmanshp was terrible. When they said it was complete, i found the 5 defect witihin a minute. New body was off balance Some work is missed. Still they could not restore to the orignal factory condition. Make sure you inspect the care before you pick up. If you don't kno how, bring someone with you to take a look. I thought this shop would have quality as this is the shop dealership uses. It's very wrong. Any street sweat shop can do better than this shop. I happen to visit a body shop at leaest once a year. By far, this is the worst ever. Awful, awful service and communication. A repair scheduled to take a month ended up taking 7 weeks. Progress "updates" kept saying the car would be ready on time - right up until the day it was scheduled for delivery when I received a call saying that it wouldn't be. The shop seems to be blissfully unaware of the fact that rental cars cost money, and that insurance coverage for rentals runs out at 30 days. The car was returned dirty and, to rub salt in the wound, the repair was not completed correctly. My 2016 BMW convertible, which they spent 7 weeks repairing, had to be brought back the next day because body panels were not proper aligned. Autonation did fix it, but offered zero apology. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Amazing experience for me. Got a call right away to set up my appointment. Arrived at my appointment and they ask if I was "name" when I entered the business AND had the rental car company already enroute to pick me up. Got a call from Shauna (ask for her, she is awesome) every day with my progress. Car was done within a week and they even arranged for a special pickup time for me. You dont find this service every day. Hope to never be back, but will certainly recommend this body shop to anyone unfortunate enough to need one. They took 10 days just to get an estimate and when they finally called me theysaid that there was previous damage to my car and that even if they fixed the damage from the accident that it would not be drivable. I'm not sure how this is possible if my car was driving before it got into the accident. I had another collision center take a look and according to the other shop none of this was true. Bad, Bad, Bad experience at this facility. My BMW is sitting at this collision center for almost 2 weeks now and 0 work has been done on the repairs. My goal was to replace the convertible top on the vehicle due to damages caused by someone through my insurance claim. Autonation collision has been going back and forth with my insurance either submitting supplement claims or waiting for Geico to re-inspect the vehicle. To top this they they say that they still cannot give an ETA because GEICO has not approved the supplements and only after that can they order the "Special" parts (God only knows from a "Special" store and after how long?) and only then be able to give an ETA. What a waste of time. I had mentioned clearly upfront that I will have to leave Dallas, TX in 3 weeks and will need the car to be repaired within this time. Seems like I will have to get my car discharged without any repairs. Avoid this location at all possible costs. read more

Took my 2015 M3 to get The front bumper replaced and repainted after a small accident. The color is Austin Yellow and it is very difficult to match. After a mediocre job at a previous shop I brought it to ANC to get redone. They took the time to listen to my previous experience and understand my expectations. After a few days I picked up the car and was blown away. The paint is flawless and matched perfectly. Was skeptical at first because of some negative reviews but like any job if you take the time to get on the same page and set the expectations it is much easier for the shop to deliver.
