I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

This was two days before Thanksgiving 2024 and after a couple weeks went by receiving no communication, I posted a review on Google still no phone calls. I reached out to them YET AGAIN after another week and instead of communicating about my vehicle she wanted to argue about the bad review I left stating they attempted to call me. I printed out my phone logs just to further prove my point that during this entire fiasco they have attempted to call me only once. I sat in their office having a face-to-face conversation with them stating that the cosmetics mean nothing to me I need my vehicle to operate mechanically and safely just as it did before I was hit. Weeks go by and still no word. Once again I call them and I was told was that they completed cosmetic work prior to even looking at the mechanical work and were still waiting to assess the mechanical portion. On what planet would a mechanical shop perform cosmetic work prior to any mechanical work?! What if the car is totaled? I mean, I'm just a mechanic too, What do I know? We have now started a brand new year. It's a week in to 2025 and the last time I have heard about my car was at the beginning of December. If you want your car fixed correctly and in a timely manner, do not bring your car here.. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies. Lessons learned.

They were very professional and accommodating through The process, which was so unfamiliar to me! Because Texas laws can be really stupid sometimes and everyone and their mom has cracked windshield that typically are not covered by insurance, I reached out to these great people and I am so glad I did! I was able to get scheduled within 48 hours and they gave me a two hour window to fix my vehicle. From my two experiences with them, (they had to return to fix an unrelated crack from a rock), they typically arrive on the tail end of that window they give you- just an FYI They didn't offer me military discount, but that's OK because after doing some research, they quoted me a very fair and already discounted price. I hope I will never have to see them again, but I will call them if I do!
