If you're close by and thinking of having some bingsu, definitely try the place out if you haven't.

There are several places around but this place has a large selection of flavours. Tried the sesame flavour for the first time (I'm usually a fruit flavour girl). Our order came quickly and the staff is nice. I was pretty full from dinner next door and shared one with friends and it was the perfect portion. We were worried there won't be enough sesame, but there was two layers so fret not. It was also just the right amount of sweet, coming with sesame ice cream, red bean paste and some mochi which was soft and added good texture. Overall a nice spot for bingsoo and I want to try the strawberry one next time.

Compared to other staples like Meet Fresh (which closed down :( or we would've gone) This was a tiny bowl for 10$. It did taste good flavourwise but the mochi was overcooked and not chewy at all.

We probably waited less than five minutes, which was awesome considering that they had a lot of other orders ringing up. It had chunks of mango, mango puree, cheesecake, and whipped cream. It was pretty enjoyable, but I think it would've been even better if I added in some mochi. The menu says it's layered with condensed milk, but the mango puree overpowered it a bit. It would be a nice touch if they could drizzle some condensed milk at the top, so that sweetness hits off the bat (at least in my opinion). Customer service was great, they were fast, respectful, and knew how to keep the line moving.

The staff was very patient when me and my friend were taking quite a while to decide what we wanted to order, so I appreciate their cooperation. So we decided to come here. Midland is a well known location that not hard to find. There was 1 more hours to be closed, when we walked in. But the casher was not rush me. She just let us know we could scan the QR code for the menu on the table, and come up to the counter to order, when we are ready. We were debating which one to get, Golden Mango or Matcha Mango Bingsu. The cashier said Golden Mango is giving different texture, even though it's all mango flavor; the Matcha Mango is using matcha shaved ice as base, then top with Mango fresh fruit. So we final decision was the Golden Mango Bingsu. Once we ordered, we got a electric alert board. We won't wait long, the alert board was beeping when our order was ready. I went back to the counter to get my Bingsu. This desert is not big that costs $12.55+tax. Sago has no taste. Fresh mango is on the top, mango base is mango flavored shaded ice, which is like ice cream that smooth. Mango sauce as layer is in the middle of the base, which makes stronger taste. Overall, it's pretty tasty and fresh. That's another type of ice cream for me. The store was open until late night, and I was seeing couples coming in. That reminded me long time ago when we were young. Enjoy the desert and also enjoy the late night life.

The menu is extensive, with many drinks, sweets and even savory options. We got the mango bingsu, green tea red bean bingsu, the milk tea bingsu and the pomelo and mango coco drink. I liked the green tea bingsu the most as the ice was very fine and creamy. The milk tea was very choppy and I didn't like the texture as much. I think it's part of the aesthetic, but they serve the bingsu piled up super high in proportionally small bowls. They fully expect a mess so they provide trays for every bingsu to catch the mess as it melts, floods pass the bowl, syrups drip off the ice and toppings topple off. I wish they would just put it in a properly sized bowls instead of the mess. Also, the wooden trays are chipped and broken which doesn't feel hygienic. Service was super friendly even though it was busy, so extra star for the hardworking staff.

As the name suggest it is beautifully presented like flower. With peach, grapefruit, fruit puree on a shaved milk ice topped with whipped cream is the best! The ice is so fine in texture and will literally melt in your mouth. The fruit balances the sweetness from the puree and the condense milk, specially the bittersweet grapefruit. Its good to eat it in as it'll melt right away if you have it as to go. Also, we tried their fruit cups (mango) with whipped cream a little sweet to me but its also good. I've been here a few times mostly earlier evenings and it's always busy but we always manage to get a table without waiting long to be seated. We ordered the deep fried peanut butter French toast bites, mango shaved ice, black sesame egg waffle. Our fallback and favourite is the mango shaved ice #1, deep fried peanut butter toast bites #2 and last is the egg waffle. The egg waffle is quite hard and it misses the mark of most egg waffles. I wonder if it becomes hard or has to be cooked harder because of the ice cream topping. I wouldn't order the egg waffle here again. I find that the desserts are reasonably priced compared to other Asian dessert stops in the area. The menu is extensive and has more cold desserts than warm desserts. Service was pretty good considering how busy it was on Friday evening and we were always able to get the attention of a server. Expect that seating is tight on popular evenings.

I started going to Holy Choco when they first opened and their service was really good from some of the owner. Super attentive and caring staff.
