The chicken was incredibly tender and not dry at all. I try think maybe it's been brined in buttermilk overnight. It didn't even need the gravy, which I ordered on the side (I highly recommend that). Then I could dip and use just a small amount of gravy. It's an interesting dish, almost like the chicken was cooked in the dressing like a casserole. I have no idea how they did it. Very tender and easy to eat. Comfort food. Great greens. Good sweet potatoes (a little on the sweet side for me, but most people will love them, and they are very tasty).
