They advertised one price; Curtis confirmed it, snuck in the higher price on the contract. Christine (Owner) never once explained why the $4000 price difference. Don't bother telling them no on a service contract. They'll slip it in anyway, calling it "the warranty". To hide their scam, they refused to give copies of the loan agreement at the signing, saying, "It'll come in the mail", 5 weeks later. Christine did refund "the warranty", $2,995, but did not remove it from the bill of sale, costing me more taxes. This is their business model; it's not about the customer, it's about the take... Take you business elsewhere.

He was warm and friendly during his introduction and showed me a recently trade in version of the model that I wanted to look at. He started the bike up and allowed me to get a feel for the bike. We then went in side and he showed me the other bike I wanted to check out. He courteously pulled the bike out of the row so that I could get a better view and feel for the bike. After discussing some of the specifications he offered to print me a brochure of that particular model and gave me pricing on the models available. Justin did an excellent job of being professional and attentive and even offered to set a time for me to come back and test drive the bikes on a testing course they have. I can't give this O'Reilly enough stars. I broke down on I30 near Benton on a Saturday a couple…read moreweeks ago. I was traveling from Dallas to Detroit with my dog. I had to get a tow. Not knowing where to go the tow company suggested Firestone. Knowing I could not afford that I looked up the nearest auto parts store and had them take me there. I pulled my battery and brought it in to be tested and told the person helping me that I'd be waiting outside with my dog since it was too hot to leave him in the car. She suggested that I bring him in and wait inside. That was a huge relief as I had been out in the sun on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting on a tow. The battery tested good but would take a while to charge so I discussed what the issue could be and the best course of action with several of the employees there. We waited for the battery to charge, put it back in the truck and tested the alternator. Turned out the voltage regulator was bad. Jonathan was able to sell me a new alternator at a discount because he wouldn't be able to get just the voltage regulator on its own but had an alternator in stock. I said I was going to try to move the truck into some shade around back and Jonathan met me back there with the bay door open telling me to pull in so I could be inside to replace the part. I pulled the part and put in the new one with no trouble. Everyone who passed by me was friendly and encouraging. When I was finished with the job and ready to pull out Holly came up with an ice cold bottle of water and note wishing me well. Not only did they get me back on my way but they did it in the best way possible. As a middle aged woman I'm used to being dismissed, talked down to, and ripped off when dealing with my old truck. How refreshing it was to be treated so well. Holly, Jonathan and the whole team at O'Reilly in Benton Arkansas made my trip. I can't thank them enough.
