I highly recommend this store and before you head tonLittle Rock or Dallas, definitely check it…read moreout. My daughter-in-law and I found this little gem with the help of yelp and I HAD to come on here and write about it. Both of us normally dread the formal dress shopping experience. This is, by far, the best formal dress shopping experience I've ever had. Ms Nanci was so helpful. In helping us, she was not pushy, she had great suggestions and lots of experience with what works. She was very patient and didn't get upset that I wanted to try many different styles to both see about something new and to rule out what might not work. She brought dresses to the dressing room and helped with zippers etc which sped up the process a lot. We were in and out in an hour and that has never happened before. We both bought affordable dresses that we love. If I ever need another formal dress again, this will be my first stop. There are a few more interesting tidbits about this store; they work directly with a seamstress who will do alterations for you and, if you want a different color dress (on most styles) you can order them, but there's is about an 8 week turnaround to get them. I will be posting a picture after our formal event.

They didn't rush me at all, helped me find something that I loved, and their customer service is fantastic from your first appointment, to all of your fittings, to making sure it is steamed and ready to go before your wedding! I loved my dress, but wanted sleeves to wear in the church for my wedding, so Betsy also custom-made the most beautiful sleeves to go with the dress. (and they were removable to I was able to take them off during the reception!) Unveiled is the best place to get your wedding dress, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking at getting your wedding dress here!!

Attention we will never use Rheas men's store in Benton again. I was returning a tuxedo today and…read morewas unaware of the late fee and I of course paid it, $20 dollars a day, also was concerned about the lack of time and consideration of my son when he was trying to pick out his tuxedo and also his tuxedo didn't fit but the owner had no time for him to try it on upon pick up. I expressed my concerns and was yelled at as I walked out the door. My dad called back and to express concerns and the person denied raising his voice as I was leaving. Make sure the door is closed all the way before you say anything next time. Sorry if this hurts feeling but they will not get our business and apparently it's the customers fault at that store!! This post is not about the 80 dollars it's about being called a liar when I shared concerns about the way my 18 son was treated while getting his tux, no time for the customer, this business needs to learn to apologize and value the customers concerns. So sad I have to put 1 star by the way I was treated today.

I was tremendously disappointed that it took an entire year to deliver shirts that we purchased,…read moreafter a promise of a 5 week delivery AND up front payment. The customer service at this store is embarrassing and there is zero accountability about timely delivery. THEN, we learned that the shirts aren't actually even made in house and instead the store owner simply takes measurements on site and then sends said measurements to a manufacturer in China and then you as the customer have to wait months if not an entire year for the Chinese manufacturer to ship you your shirts. They even tried to cover the name of the Chinese company who manufactures the shirts on the box but it was easily removable. They should be ashamed of themselves for saying that this is a bespoke custom tailor shop. VERY disappointed!

I want to love Footlights because they are the only dance/ballet store around that I know of. But…read morethat's what makes this review even worse...being the only one you'd think they'd be amazing. Sadly, I get frustrated every time I go. Last time they insisted they "couldn't find me in the computer" and kept looking for my personal info...which was frustrating because I was in a hurry, and I just needed to GO. Why do you need my personal info?? My money is still green no matter what my name, address, and bra size is!! Then this time I walked in and was greeted kindly. The associate was helpful...but I saw signs EVERYWHERE saying leotards were buy one get one 50 percent off...these signs did not indicate an end date. There were literally signs in each room saying this. So I took extra time and picked out six leotards...and mentioned the good sale as I headed to checkout and was told "oh I'm sorry, that ended yesterday." Another person walked by and said "sorry about that". But are you really sorry? Three employees in the store and while I checked out NOT ONE moved to remove the signs. This is false advertising and its RUDE. The associate told me "we just haven't had time to remove those signs"...yet when I walked in she was straightening racks and business had been open for HOURS. I think this is my last time in footlights...I can find most everything they sell online and not get mixed messages/blatant lies about sales and Spanish Inquisition to make a purchase. The customer shouldn't have to pay full price when dozens of signs have been accidentally left up. I think I'll report them to the BBB for false advertising.

I am not a dancer, but I came here for shoes for a dance-exercise class because my running shoes…read moreweren't exactly right. Everyone was quite helpful, though the shoes didn't really do the trick in the end. I went in and explained that because I have a high arch, I needed a a supportive shoe for my class, because often my arches end up hurting. When I went in, one woman began helping me, and then she was called away (?), and another woman finished helping me select a shoe. This felt a little strange. The first woman to assist me suggested a really "cute" shoe that is almost completely flat and has very little support. The second woman said it will not do the trick, even though it is very cute. I ended up with a very reasonably priced Capezio shoe that has soles on the heel and balls of the feet/toes only, with a flexible arch. Since buying these shoes, I've gone back to my running shoes because the Capezio soles are so hard, they don't offer enough cushion for all the hopping/jumping/high impact of my classes. I will wear them again because they are smooth and slide on the carpet, which is handy, but they aren't exactly right. I wished the women (either one of them) knew enough about the exercise classes and my feet to suggest the right shoe to me. A third woman checked me out and told me about their affinity programs, etc. They have a lot of cute clothes in here, and they may just be more suited to dancer-dancers than dance exercisers.
