There are DSWs in CA and this one was smaller than where I've been to. We went to the clearance area since my g/f said that she found some excellent deals before. Sure, why not? VERY small selection in my size (6). However, she had plenty to select from. I did find a pair of cas Steve Maddens for about $15. She found some hot GUESS stilettos for about $40, although I had to convince her to make the purchase. Checkout was another issue. I didn't have a positive experience with my cashier. She wasn't very friendly and asked for my personal information to sign up for the rewards program. She kept asking me to repeat my info several times since she couldn't "understand". It's not my fault if you can't comprehend lady! I guess it worked out since I did get $5 off my purchase. There was a rowdy group before me, and the cashier made a sly comment into her earpiece to the other employees about them. Not very professional at all. 1 star for my deal; 0 for customer service.

My Benton, AR location used to have the best hours! I love to do my shopping later at night so I would normally go to Kohls late bc the hours were closing time 11:00 and on the weekend it was midnight especially during holiday season. Pretty put out by not only Kohls but others in my surrounding area. The only place open until midnight is Walgreens! Seriously do something about these hours. Thanks Kimberly Zimmerman

Went for a couple of different things today. First I went to look at some shoes. I was back there…read morefor about 15 minutes. The first thing I noticed was a pair of shoes with mud on the souls in the men's clearance. Somebody got a free pair of shoes! I went to look for an employee and then saw a young man that I saw when I first walked back there. When I came in he was just standing there on his phone when I walked around and found him the second time to my surprise no change. Just standing in the back of the store up playing on his cell phone. I decided it wouldn't be worth telling him anything. I finally found an adult over in the gun section but he was busy. I think I've decided that it's not worth my time and effort to return to the store!
