I had a really good service experience. I was in there just shopping for gloves for my seven year old. They did have a sale on most items going at this time. A 50% off on Columbia and I believe it was 20% on the other brand. I was directed to where the youth gloves were and they had them all separated by brand (north face, Columbia, etc) and how warm you needed them to be. I purchased a pair of gloves and found out when I got home they were too big. In the warmer gloves, there wasn't a huge selection of sizes. So I returned them to the store. They really didn't have what I was looking for (because of her size). I didn't really want the mittens but the gloves with the fingers. It's a small store and it looked like it had a good selection of different things but again I was only looking for gloves. Since I didn't see anything I was going to return the gloves for a refund but the lady at the counter told me to just try the mittens because there really aren't gloves my daughters size with the individual fingers and if I saw some somewhere else I could always return them. She wanted me to at least have something for hands rather nothing. So I went ahead and exchanged them but realized that in doing so I changed the brands of gloves I was exchanging for. Instead of charging me the difference for the gloves, she made it an even exchange which I thought was really nice of her. So although these gloves were not at the same sale price, I got them for the same price as the Columbia gloves that were 50% off. Had to get some coats for winter after moving up here from the South, this place seems like a high school kid prep shop where you go to get all the mass produced latest fashion trend. There was a police officer at the door, really weird? Also about 5-7 staff members wandering around not asking us for help or anything. We were trying on multiple jackets looking for sizes, etc and not one person said can I help you find your size or anything. They were all under the age of 18 it seemed so that makes sense. The reason for the low stars? Who the heck in there right mind designed the inside layout of this place? You can not even walk without knocking a rack over or pushing coats off the shelf, they really need to re design the interior for better flow. read more

The prices are very accessive this is unacceptable a bracelet that you could make at home is $24 and a hair tie is $18 when a hair clip is $8 then the jackets and clothing are mostly no lower than $100 and this is horrible braclets so expensive and jackets and clothing is normal but bracelets and other bags and things are so expensive read more

If you're a college male/female or southern raised then this is the store for you. Huge selection of Patagonia, North Face, and Columbia. Not to mention they also sell Uggs and Toms. For the ladies, they have a great stock of different varieties of Piko shirts, a staple for your wardrobe. Expect to put a small dent in your wallet if you do stop by! The only con is that the place is really small for the amount of items that they have. Moving around can get a bit precarious. read more

50% off on Columbia. Sale on North Face and TOMs... for LR, this store is pretty awesome. Its always well equipped with North Face, Patagonia, Columbia, and other sporting wear. The employees are super friendly and keep the store well stocked. When they have a sale though, you can get a pretty good deal. I got a Columbia fleece for 50% off and my dad got a Columbia Wind Proof Jacket for more than 50% off. read more
