I expressed my concerns and was yelled at as I walked out the door. My dad called back and to express concerns and the person denied raising his voice as I was leaving. Make sure the door is closed all the way before you say anything next time. Sorry if this hurts feeling but they will not get our business and apparently it's the customers fault at that store!! This post is not about the 80 dollars it's about being called a liar when I shared concerns about the way my 18 son was treated while getting his tux, no time for the customer, this business needs to learn to apologize and value the customers concerns. So sad I have to put 1 star by the way I was treated today.

We were greeted by the staff upon entering. We walked around for a few minutes and couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, so we asked for assistance. The gentlemen who helped us was great. He was attentive, asked questions and suggested different items based on our needs. While he was looking, I looked at a few items for myself and found a beautiful navy cashmere jacket. Loved it! The young lady also helped me find a couple of different shirts to match my pale pink loafers I purchased for myself at Cole Haan. Our experience was wonderful and we will return.

I love to do my shopping later at night so I would normally go to Kohls late bc the hours were closing time 11:00 and on the weekend it was midnight especially during holiday season. We browsed with clear intent to purchase for nearly 20 minutes and were treated as though we were invisible. What we did receive was surveillance. An employee followed us at a distance the entire time -- not to help, but to watch. Then a regular customer walked in. The transformation was immediate. Multiple employees rushed to greet him, addressed him as "Doctor," asked about his weekend plans, and provided the attentive, personalized service that had apparently been unavailable to us moments earlier. For context: my husband is also a physician. The difference? They didn't know that. Luxury retail isn't about recognizing certain titles or catering to familiar faces. It's about consistency, professionalism, and making every customer feel welcome. What we witnessed was selective hospitality -- enthusiastic deference for the "right" person, suspicion and indifference for the rest. That isn't upscale. It's exclusionary. We won't be returning, and we'll gladly spend our money at Mr. Wicks who understands respect should not be conditional.

This time we needed a suit for a gala and went it to get fitted, pick colors, etc. the "manager" at the time was a little unprofessional and made some mistakes with our tux. HOWEVER I took the suit back up there the following day and explained the errors and ERIN was beyond amazing and fixed everything to the best of her ability. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and all mistakes were corrected. (FYI we found out the first employee was let go for similar instances). Everyone else in the store was friendly and hard at work. We have really enjoyed our experience working with them and Erin is your gal!!!
