If your looking to get help finding a perfect run shoe or all day on your feet shoe- say no less! I walked in, signed in because they were a little busy. I only waited like a whole minute. The lady helping me had me stand on a scale which does a geometric measurement as well as an graphic design of how my foot stands exactly on the floor. The scale also showed my shoe size, arch use, and how my Achilles tendon posture. Coolest thing around! Once that was completed they sat me down and had me try on the features compression socks, love them!!! She brought out 4 different shoes and we also found one insole that didn't create pressure on my feet. She took the time to insert the insoles into every shoe that was tried on and she tied my shoes how a runner should tie their shoes. She then ran outside with me up and down the side walk so I could feel where the shoes put pressure on my knees, Achilles tendon and or shines. I have had knee surgery and tore my Achilles. It was honestly the best experience anyone could want! I ended up buying 2 insoles. 1 for my boots and 1 for my run shoes. Bought the ultra shoes and some hydration powder! read more

I have really enjoyed going to this store in other cities, but didn't have a great experience at this one. The lady who helped me was unkind, impatient, and did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the shoes they were selling. They also had some creepy and gory Halloween decorations up that made me feel a little uncomfortable. read more

Visited for the first time. When I arrived there were 2 sales personnel. One a male the other a female. I told her I was interested in the Hoka shoes. She asked me what kind of work did I do. So she explained the difference of the shoes. She asked if I wanted to try them on. I told her my size and as she proceeded to go get them she gave me socks to put on. I thought this was something they were doing because of Covid 19. A lady came in behind me and the other salesman helped her. He got her shoes that she wanted to try on but I noticed she wasn't offered or told to put on another pair of socks. I wasn't sure the reason behind this so I decided not to purchase anything. read more

I'm not a runner so I don't have a lot to go on, but I loved this store. I was looking online for some Altra running shoes for my daily exercise walks and found this store through the Altra site. It was cool to be able to browse their stock (Fleet Feet's) on the internet before making the 80 mile trip from Morrilton to Little Rock. I'm glad I found this place because although the shop itself seems small, it has everything you need for casual and hardcore runners. Sean was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to select shoes and compression socks to fit my needs perfectly. I ended up with the Altra Duo running shoes and although the were the top of the line and the most expensive, Sean offered to show me some other, less expensive shoes I might like and never once tried to up-sell me anything; the compression socks and Marino wool footies were my idea. I'm looking forward to wearing out these new kicks so I can go back and bring my wife with me! This was a great shopping experience overall. read more

Great store with many options. Sean was very nice & helpful for me picking out shoes that fit my feet/stride perfectly. He really knew his stuff. You'll need to run so they can analyze your gait, so be prepared for that. Fleet Feet on Cantrell (was Easy Runner) is great. I've been to other running stores in several cities and have never had such an accommodating and attentive staff as here. The owner is an awesome person and runner, and he seems to really care about supporting the sport in central arkansas and beyond. Prices are good, selection is great, and their group runs are super fun. We've already recommended! Our daughter has foot problems, and as we were fitting her for shoes, we were shown inserts that would help her in her soccer shoes. He even said we could bring her cleats in and he would custom fit the inserts for us. Everyone was just so nice and super helpful. It was so appreciated!! read more

Easy Runner has knowledgeable sales staff that can recommend all sorts of running "stuff." I've gone there to have my running gait analyzed to get a better idea of what type of shoe I need. They have a good selection of running shoes, clothes, and especially running socks. The big box retailers just can't compare to Easy Runner when it comes to running knowledge (do you overpronate, underpronate, etc.) about footwear. This is not a shoe store where the clerk goes to the back of the store and brings out what you have picked for yourself. Our clerk asked our daughter lots of questions and tried a number of different shoes after measuring and having her stand, turn and run. He took her outside with a couple of pairs to try them out. Lots of good advice too. Sure you might save $10 or more somewhere else but you also may be getting a shoe that can hurt in the long run. You get what you pay for. read more

I entered. Staff was receptive. When I began the actual process of shopping for a shoe the young female was cordial, but seemed to become disengaged. She came out with a pair of shoes to try on. She told they were neutral. I ran about 25 feet. From this she brought pairs of shoes. I have no complaints about the actual shoes. I gave a reason for each dislike. (my feet). She brought out a third pair. I told her I was indecisive about the third shoe. She seemed a bit annoyed. In a subdued, but restrained annoyance, "What is that you dislike about the shoe." I told her , 'I do not know". She told me it would be hard if she did not know. (I agree). She then went to get another pair.I told her it was due to feeling of the shoe under my feet. Rigid. Upon bringing out the last pair, she did not say what was the difference. I had to ask what type of shoe it was. "Control". she stated. "It has more support." Nothing else stated. I asked the cost. price given. no comment. The good thing, I was not pressured to buy a particular shoe. I ONLY WENT BECAUSE THEY SELL BROOKS. even though it was a business transaction, I wish there was more enthusiasm, as I drove across LR thinking going to a specialty shop would be more personal.
