The shop owner was so friendly and kind after overhearing that I was from OOT. They suggested a few great places to visit while being in the area so I certainly bookmarked them and plan on visiting. They have a wide array of outdoor items from coolers, tumbers, to backpacks. What really drew me in was their selection of little knickknacks that were rite up my alley! I purchased a few items and walked out happy with my purchases! Fortunately they also have an online store so I can get whatever I wanted in store but had no room in my carry on bags!

I could have easily spent an hour in there looking at the cards, the stickers, the games, the books, THE SOCKS, the bags. Next time I'm in Little Rock I will absolutely make sure I stop by. I ended up just purchasing some really cool stickers and some socks. I love the socks because they go up to a size 14, perfect for big feet.

Very very disappointed in the service. My husband selected a beautiful sport coat that didn't…read morequite fit right. The salesman assured us that a few simple alterations would take care of it. We purchased the coat, had the measurements and pinning for the alterations done and arranged for the coat to be shipped to us since we live out of town. It arrived and it is a joke. They didn't take it in as promised and they shortened ONE sleeve by two inches and it was crooked. I'm uncertain if the sleeve on this very expensive coat can be salvaged. Go somewhere else. I think the alterations must have been done by a one eyed drunk monkey. I feel taken by this snooty bunch.

Great product offering and price point for Central Arkansas that so many other stores have missed…read morethe mark on this. We may not have a Nordstrom's in Little Rock but I found out today it's my new favorite place to shop. I'd rather buy better quality clothes made from higher end fabrics and rewear them over and over than something half the price and get so much less utility out of the product. 5 star from my first impression.

The big and tall section was bursting at the seams there were so many clothes and the associate that was working the section was very nice and accommodating. My main complaint is that the prices are rather high compared to other retail shops and you really have to watch their sales and clearance racks to really make the trip worthwhile. Overall the store was well staffed and very clean for being the day after Christmas

So make sure your sales man knowledgable about the mattress and Warranty! Had my Bassett mattress for 15 years never any of these problems just thought it was time to get a new one! Wish we had it back! Very disappointed in them!

Also, it's good to be able to get gear when you need it. While in the store today, I heard the staff joking about flatus of some other customer. The staff concluded the person with flatus had serious health issues. It wasn't I who passed gas, but I was thinking that customer could still be in the store (a 2 story old house). They don't know how much business they just lost by insulting customers. I decided not to buy any gear here. As a spot check, I compared a Camelback that sells here for $150 to online prices. Online it was $90. Again, it is worth supporting local outfitters. In this case, the markups were too high & the service was lacking. I had been in the store for some time without being greeted or offered shopping assistance (came in to look at Hobie catamaran gear & possible gifts for a group of teenagers). The staff took time to discuss flatus, but didn't have time to say hello.

I'm new to Little Rock and stopped by several local "outdoor stores" with no luck because they essentially only sell clothing. Luckily I found "Ozark Outdoor Supply" that actually stocks "gear." I thank Ozark Outdoor for their help. I look forward to going back and getting the scoop on the local outdoor scene.
