We browsed with clear intent to purchase for nearly 20 minutes and were treated as though we were invisible. What we did receive was surveillance. An employee followed us at a distance the entire time -- not to help, but to watch. Then a regular customer walked in. The transformation was immediate. Multiple employees rushed to greet him, addressed him as "Doctor," asked about his weekend plans, and provided the attentive, personalized service that had apparently been unavailable to us moments earlier. For context: my husband is also a physician. The difference? They didn't know that. Luxury retail isn't about recognizing certain titles or catering to familiar faces. It's about consistency, professionalism, and making every customer feel welcome. What we witnessed was selective hospitality -- enthusiastic deference for the "right" person, suspicion and indifference for the rest. That isn't upscale. It's exclusionary. We won't be returning, and we'll gladly spend our money at Mr. Wicks who understands respect should not be conditional.

The shop owner was so friendly and kind after overhearing that I was from OOT. They suggested a few great places to visit while being in the area so I certainly bookmarked them and plan on visiting. They have a wide array of outdoor items from coolers, tumbers, to backpacks. What really drew me in was their selection of little knickknacks that were rite up my alley! I went to return based on the confirmation I received but the computer said "Not Returnable" I called corporate and they told me sorry they are strict with returns, even though I sent them a photo saying there was a $25 return free. They then said they would have to get the issues fixed with their computer division, so they agreed this was a real confusion. I actually helped them by letting them know they needed to fix two issues. They still refused my return. The dress is in perfect condition. I found this whole interaction very one sided. It is absolutely clear they don't understand the value of a customer. Customer Service is definitely an issue with Dillards. They should have taken into consideration their mistakes and offered me a return. After all this I noticed the dress was extremely long. The description reads approx 62" but in reality it is 67" Dillards has an excuse which is one sided. The customer service department does not understand that they need to give in when there are errors. They will not admit to any fault. For this reason they lose my business and no doubt others. Approximate does not mean 5 inches! Epic fail Dillards.

This store had everything I was needing plus knowledgeable staff that were fun to visit with while shopping. The expedition was successful on Cotopaxi and Chimborazo. After I ordered I got a text message from someone at the shop that the size dress I selected was no longer in stock but they had one in a size up. I thought... 'can always have my tailor take it in'. A few days later my order arrives in Indianapolis (they were very quick to ship out) and the dress fits like a glove! Maybe a small take in at the bust but honestly this inventory snafu was a blessing. Everything about ordering was easy and they always have nice sales (been eyeing things for a half year now). Will purchase from again because they carry designers I like and they take pictures on models that are real people. Very easy to imagine how an outfit would look on me.
