He kept me informed of the repair progress every step of the way and even drove farther than he should have to pick up my part. Sam believes in loyalty and over-the-top customer service. He proved it over and over and I won't ever let anyone else work on my side by side and ATVs after meeting Sam and having this repair done by Troublemaker. Troublemaker created a happy and loyal customer.

I took it to a different mechanic and I was told he sold me and installed a clutch that was not designed for this machine and was not working to begin with. it cost me $2800 to replace and repair the damaged he caused to my machine. I asked if he would refund me the money for the defective clutch. he is unwilling to do so. he charged me $1181.60 and it cost me $2800 to fix the damage he caused. He wants me to drop off the clutch without a refund but there is a trust issue as he has already scammed me and took out my good clutch and replaced it with a bad clutch
