    John's Honda

I bought a 2023 Honda Navi from Johns Honda and we've had a few difficulties but all have been…read moreresolved. I would suggest Johns Honda to anyone wanting a good quality bike. But if you need service and your bike is modified from OEM standards, then they are not your guys.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would! John's Honda in Hot Springs, Arkansas SAVED my…read moremotorcycle vacation. I was 500 miles into a 650 mile ride when the chain fell OFF my motorcycle in Brinkley, Arkansas. I was in the middle of nowhere and still very far from Hot Springs. I called 2 dealerships that were within 50 miles - neither answered the phone. It was a weekday, during business hours. I called a Honda-certified dealership in Little Rock and they were honest with me: they would not be able to even LOOK at my bike for a week. By sheer luck, I had rented a house in Hot Springs just 4 and a half miles from John's Honda. I called, they picked up right away, and Ron said, "Bring the bike in, we'll prioritize you since you are on the road and so far from home." The AMA tow (120 highway miles) to John's Honda took a couple of hours and I barely arrived before they closed. And yet that same night Dakota and Hunter put a new master link on the chain, put the chain on the bike, and I was good to go! I noticed a few days later that the chain was loosening up again and I had a 650 mile ride home. Despite they being SUPER BUSY with their spring season, they kindly took my bike in without having previously scheduled it and Hunter tightened up the chain. It turns out that the dealership (who shall remain nameless) in Georgia put the wrong chain on my bike, which caused all the problems. I highly recommend you go to John's Honda. In fact, they are such Honda specialists that I am considering just booking a vacation/AirBnB in Hot Springs every time I need a larger service (valve clearance, new chain/sprockets, new tires) so that I can get exceptional service that is DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME, and enjoy the gorgeous riding out there.

I had an extremely bad experience with Riggs Outdoors. Not to go on a total rant, I'll hit the key…read morenotes. First, they are not open on the weekend making it very difficult to do business. I had to take vacation to purchase my bike. The first day of vacation they were too busy to complete my paperwork, so I had to burn another day to finalize the deal. Next, the paperwork was not done correctly (dates were not correct) and they needed me to take another day of vacation to come to store to sign new paperwork. I did not have any more vacation so they mailed me the paperwork. I signed and sent back the day I received it. When I received the paperwork from the credit union, I was already 5 days late on my payment. Very frustrating Each time I discussed my aggravations, I felt as through they wrote me off. Maybe it's because they are a big business, or they do not have passion for Moto sports but I can not recommend this place for your Moto needs and I will use Fayetteville store or shop out of state. I feel it will be worth my time.

He was warm and friendly during his introduction and showed me a recently trade in version of the model that I wanted to look at. He started the bike up and allowed me to get a feel for the bike. We then went in side and he showed me the other bike I wanted to check out. He courteously pulled the bike out of the row so that I could get a better view and feel for the bike. After discussing some of the specifications he offered to print me a brochure of that particular model and gave me pricing on the models available. Justin did an excellent job of being professional and attentive and even offered to set a time for me to come back and test drive the bikes on a testing course they have. I had a great experience and would definitely anyone looking for a new motorcycle or atv come visit Justin, I know I will once I decide which bike to go with.
