We've been shopping for years and are finally at a point where we can buy a camper. After several…read moreRV shows, shopping online and visiting numerous dealerships, we came back to RV City. The Micro Lite by Flagstaff fit our needs perfectly. We saw the same camper by Rockwood at another dealership in Hot Springs (identical, actually-- turns out they're made at the same facility by the same people, just with different graphics and fabric) but RV City beat their price by more than $3000! Even though we loved the camper, we shopped around a bit more and went to another RV show just to make sure. Nothing we saw beat all the extra features and luxury touches of that camper or the cost we were quoted. Matt, in particular, was an extreme pleasure to work with and I look forward to seeing him in the future. He never pressured us and we found it as easy to relate to him as a member of our own family. Nobody online could come close to his quote for that camper anywhere in the country. When we met to close the deal, I was pleasantly surprised to find there were absolutely no hidden fees or last-minute charges. Matt said that was the final cost and it honestly was. RV City gave us a detailed orientation (we're first time owners) and adjusted our hitch for us. We found a couple minor issues after setting up at home, but RV City addressed them quickly and got our camper back to us in just a couple days. I thought this process was supposed to be painful, but I'm overjoyed to attest that the entire process was easy with no unpleasant surprises. I'm so happy with the entire experience and I'd recommend any of my family or friends to get a camper from RV City in Benton.

They advertised one price; Curtis confirmed it, snuck in the higher price on the contract. Christine (Owner) never once explained why the $4000 price difference. Don't bother telling them no on a service contract. They'll slip it in anyway, calling it "the warranty". To hide their scam, they refused to give copies of the loan agreement at the signing, saying, "It'll come in the mail", 5 weeks later. Christine did refund "the warranty", $2,995, but did not remove it from the bill of sale, costing me more taxes. This is their business model; it's not about the customer, it's about the take... Take you business elsewhere.

I had an extremely bad experience with Riggs Outdoors. Not to go on a total rant, I'll hit the key…read morenotes. First, they are not open on the weekend making it very difficult to do business. I had to take vacation to purchase my bike. The first day of vacation they were too busy to complete my paperwork, so I had to burn another day to finalize the deal. I did not have any more vacation so they mailed me the paperwork. I signed and sent back the day I received it. When I received the paperwork from the credit union, I was already 5 days late on my payment. Very frustrating Each time I discussed my aggravations, I felt as through they wrote me off. He was warm and friendly during his introduction and showed me a recently trade in version of the model that I wanted to look at. He started the bike up and allowed me to get a feel for the bike. We then went in side and he showed me the other bike I wanted to check out. He courteously pulled the bike out of the row so that I could get a better view and feel for the bike. After discussing some of the specifications he offered to print me a brochure of that particular model and gave me pricing on the models available. Justin did an excellent job of being professional and attentive and even offered to set a time for me to come back and test drive the bikes on a testing course they have. I can't give this O'Reilly enough stars. I broke down on I30 near Benton on a Saturday a couple…read moreweeks ago. I was traveling from Dallas to Detroit with my dog. I had to get a tow. Not knowing where to go the tow company suggested Firestone. Knowing I could not afford that I looked up the nearest auto parts store and had them take me there. I pulled my battery and brought it in to be tested and told the person helping me that I'd be waiting outside with my dog since it was too hot to leave him in the car. She suggested that I bring him in and wait inside. That was a huge relief as I had been out in the sun on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting on a tow. The battery tested good but would take a while to charge so I discussed what the issue could be and the best course of action with several of the employees there. We waited for the battery to charge, put it back in the truck and tested the alternator. Turned out the voltage regulator was bad. Jonathan was able to sell me a new alternator at a discount because he wouldn't be able to get just the voltage regulator on its own but had an alternator in stock. I said I was going to try to move the truck into some shade around back and Jonathan met me back there with the bay door open telling me to pull in so I could be inside to replace the part. I pulled the part and put in the new one with no trouble. Everyone who passed by me was friendly and encouraging. When I was finished with the job and ready to pull out Holly came up with an ice cold bottle of water and note wishing me well. Not only did they get me back on my way but they did it in the best way possible. As a middle aged woman I'm used to being dismissed, talked down to, and ripped off when dealing with my old truck. How refreshing it was to be treated so well. Holly, Jonathan and the whole team at O'Reilly in Benton Arkansas made my trip. I can't thank them enough.
