I take some kids clothes. Nothing in terrible shape. A lot from Dillards or Disney store, better…read morequality stuff. They said it was too worn for them or they were already stocked up on the sizes I was getting rid of didn't want any. Which is understandable. I looked around the store and it looked like the place had mostly brand new clothes with tags, so I guess they're supporting the crackhead economy by buying brand new stolen clothes from crackheads, not to say that is bad I guess everyone's gotta get their fix somehow. What pissed me off tho is they didn't just say "we only really buy new stuff from crackheads" or "we are already stocked up on these sizes" which would've been fine, they acted like my stuff was stained and worn out then told me to go check with some other store, so I wasted more of my time going to the other store to be told they don't buy kids clothes. If you're trying to trade your kids outgrown clothes for bigger kids clothes, that's not really the reality here like the sign says. But if you want some half off brand new clothes you can get some good deals if you're just buying clothes and don't mind that they were probably shoplifted from somewhere by someone who probably can't tell you what planet they're on.

ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME?!?…read more Entire basket of clothes. Bag of shoes. Costumes. Life jacket (Never worn) it's summer time! WHY NOT?! So.... out of ALL OF THIS you only want to accept the two pairs of shorts?? Give me $0.75?? No thank you.... I'll just take it all back. Never. Again. ***I understand the turn back of out of season clothes... I do understand. *** Never had I dropped off clothes to get only two things accepted. I know for a fact these clothes are worthy enough to be accepted. I have successfully made transactions in the past. But it seems like through out the years conducting business, I can definitely see the decline and can feel why the comments are being made. And I look around to see what's on the shelf, and I'm mind blown!!! Like to the point I'm almost offended or it's comical. Really?!? I would personally like to watch them go through the clothes, because some of the clothes still have tags on them obviously never been worn and very current in style. I will be spreading word VERY FAST to the other Mothers and Caretakers I know.

The staff are very condescending and unhelpful. The three staff members that were working there…read morewere more interested in talking amongst themselves than assisting customers. There were three different interactions and all three or not up to par. As someone that has spent a good amount of time in customer service, I find it to be completely unacceptable to speak to customers like that. We didn't even have any issues with anything.

****Edited to say that I just read other reviews and YES they do talk about you behind your back…read moreand laugh. Dress shopping is stressful especially if you are not small and all dresses fit. ****** I will not be back. The young girl that works there is very rude! You can only pick/shop for 3 dresses at a time. Then you give the workers your 3 dresses to try on and you get in line for a dressing room. If none of the 3 work, you have to get dressed and go shop again for only up to 3 more options, You once again give them your next 3 dresses and then go to the back of the line for a dressing room again. (They will NOT let you shop for all dresses you want to try on even if you are willing to only try on 3 at a time and return to the end of the line for a dressing room.) This cycle repeats until: A. You give in and just buy one because you are tired, frustrated, and overwhelmed. B. You leave and go to the NUMEROUS wonderful other dress stores in the same geographical area. (I'm betting their marketing team is hoping for option A, but it failed for at least 10 customers yesterday just in the two hours we were there. Out of the 10 others this young lady offended that left the store- choosing option B - we ran into 7 of them at First Impressions. All 7 of us bought our dresses there and had a wonderful experience.) P.S. we were there for 2 hours and only managed to try on 5 dresses and not because of the options that could have been tried on. Here are the other wonderful dress option shops in the area. (Yes, we visited all of them over the same weekend with NO experience at ALL like what we had at Buffie's All the Rage.) Little Rock Area First Impressions - Jacksonville Conway Area Royal We Emerge You can thank me later!
