They have the worst customer service at the checkout. They let the line for self-serve get really long before anybody opens up a regular assistive checkout. Then when the young lady comes up she acts like it's an imposition She's on the phone with her friend she's ignoring the people in line, doesn't make eye contact, doesn't say hello, barks out the price. When the guy in front of me got so upset, he just picked his stuff up and left after he paid didn't even wait for his receipt and she got upset because he just took off muttering under her breath like SHE got disrespected. Wow, I was shocked to see Target today on Chenal Pkwy. It was a mess.. It was so disorganized. Clothing all messed up and on the floor. Shoes were the same way. I have never seen it so bad. The clerks were very nice in the checkout lines. However, did not see anyone straightening up the clothing. Or anyone to ask if help was needed. A sad situation of a store. read more

Ok, part of my review will make me sound like a snob... First part, this store is amazingly organized and clean. The Prices are very competitive. The service is always good and friendly. I sign up for the Baby Registry at Target. Which I now regret, which was even told to me by their own employees thay if I sign up for the Registry you get a free gift etc. Ok cool! However, I went to go pick it up at my local store , because on the app, the instructions say go pick up your free welcome kit at guest services and show them the barcode. So that's what I do, only to be told "oh we haven't done that in 2 years you'll have to call a number and possibly place an order from the Registry for them to send it you. I'm like ok cool no problem. Yall I call the customer service number given to me just for them to tell me well we don't offer that anymore and it's technically pick up in store only. So I'm trying not to be rude so amd and I ask so can you tell me which store I can go to pick it up if my local store is telling me basically they don't have it? They said no! I'm like, this makes no sense and this is horrible customer service. Don't offer anything if you can't provide. Also not to mention the person I spoke with told me there was nothing else we can do either. Just horrible customer service, and don't sign up for the Registry because you probably won't get anything they offer. read more

First off I'd like to say that the majority of the staff is very caring. The store is always clean and organized. Here's my story. My sister and I come in often with all our kids...which isn't normally a problem...however it does take us a long time in there between multiple diaper changes and bottles to be made. And my sister is recovering from cancer and a blood transplant. With that being said they've recently hired a new night time security woman. She had harassed us the last few times we've been there. She tried to accuse me of steal the wearable baby carrier I came in the store with my baby in... she accused my neice of stealing and when she dumped her bags out on the floor th security guard refused to look her things...then the night that drew the line was when we had been in the store for a few hours and she followe us a round (no biggie she was doing her job) but as we where leaving she looked me dead in my eyes and said "lil bitches" I said "excuse me?" And she walked away laughing. Okay cool. So we go to our car and start loading up the kids. She comes out the store and start yelling stuff at us. I tell her to say it again and she refuses. So I tell her if she's got the balls to say it the first time she's got the balls to say it again. Then she tells me to meet her at Walmart to fight at 10pm. Okay first of all who do I look like fighting in front my kids or anyone else's. Second, who do I look like taking all the kids to Walmart to wait to fight you til 10pm? We already have to drive 45 minutes to shop at target...so she continues cussing at me (again in front of my kids and my sisters kids). at this point I'm super annoyed so I go in and to tell the manager everything that happened that night and in the past. And she follows me in there calling me a snitch...like yes honey, if you're gonna sit up and harass my family then, yes, I will say something bc you're being unprofessional. However I do enjoy that store. And the manager was really nice. All the staff, except that security guard, is super professional. Sorry for rambling lol. Will I go back? I moved here on 15 July 11 and have literally visited this Target store every day except today (at least, so far, I haven't been there today). Freddie and Karen must work there every day because I have seen them enough and received enough assistance from them to know their names!! Those two are excellent about directing people to check out aisles, getting people through them, helping out the team members who are checking out guests. I have shown up at this Target sweaty, dirty, smelly and harried. Despite whatever I look like, someone says Hello to me when I walk in, helps me find whatever I need (which has included two extra turquoise/teal storage ottomans for $15 apiece, screwdrivers, stuff for my TV, and bookshelves). The staff there is so good that I rarely stand by myself looking confused without someone coming to ask if I need help finding something. One lady was actually on her way to clock out for the day, but stayed with me to make sure somebody else got the correct items from the back for me. My only ONLY complaint with this store has been in the electronics department. A gentleman working there was doing something on a workstation computer and would NOT help me right there in the store. He referred me to another Target service team member who was clueless about the area but did her absolute best to help me and even asked ME great questions about why I wanted a surge protector, etc. The team member who helped me was very sweet, but I ended up getting a wireless adapter and a universal remote control that will NOT work with my items. I am quite confident that if workstation man had taken three minutes to answer my questions we could've figured that out before I purchased them, but he continued to be busy the entire time I was there. I'm pretty sure Target won't accept the returns and that's fine. I simply won't buy those there anymore. BUT, everything else...drugs (FINALLY a pharmacy at the Target where I live!!), storage, dog stuff, I'm getting it all there, and I know that the staff will offer to meet me in the front with my three carts of stuff and then politely say, "MY you pack your little car SO well!!" :) LOVE YOU, Target!! read more

No regular check out lanes for people with a full buggy. Products were damaged because of the non conveyor style checkouts so a product was pushed off of the counter. Lines were backed up. Damaged coke case that leaked over many items. I had to ASK for paper towels to clean off my items. LAZY employees wandering around the store on their phones cutting up and joking when things obviously needed to be straightened or cleaned. This was the most horrible Target experience EVER. I wish I could give a 0 star to this store, employees are rude, careless, and if you need any help; they would act as if you are non existent. Management should train employees correctly, to have manners, professionalism and kindness. If not why to have employees, yesterday night it seems as there was no one around ( it was not that late 7:00 pm) We searched for someone to help us, but there were 3 employees helping one lady with an item. This is the Walmart of Target stores and no that is not a good thing. I have not visited this store one time and left with everything I went for. Managements think that if the end caps are stocked then everything else must be too. This store is very poorly stocked. Despite all them employees standing around with their hands in their pockets, there is only one checkout open with a 10-15 cart line. They attempt to sell alcohol but did not hire anyone over 21 to do it. read more

I had THE best experience with one of the newer employees in the cosmetics section! Karen?... or Kara? (I'm so sorry if you're reading this, I didn't get a good look!!). I am a frequent shopper at this location (since it's the closest to where I live), and have typically not been all that pleased with the service. Until I went in there the other day looking for a good shampoo (time for a change). She greeted me with a smile and was SO helpful in pointing me in the right direction. She was very patient with me, showing me her favorite options, and she even made recommendations and seemed to know the products really well. Ultimately I decided to go with the brand rand it's been absolutely perfect! I wouldn't have chosen it without her help. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and particularly the excellent employee that helped me! I hope you see this, keep it up! Target needs more people like you!! read more

Store okay, pharmacist incredibly rude! The Store itself is like most Target stores, no complaints But on a Sunday afternoon,.I stood at the pharmacy counter for several minutes. There was one woman in a white coat who had a telephone hanging on her ear. presumably on hold somewhere. She did not acknowledge me or say a thing (" just one minut. e.g) she just kept stuffing things in bags I thought for a moment she might have been blind but she seemed to be able to put the things in the bags pretty well . Finally I assumed there was a clerk that was on br,eak and walked down to guest services, where I asked a young man if anyone was working the pharmacy counter. He walked back with me and pointed to the woman in the white coat and said there she is. I said oh, she hasn't said anything, and at that moment she caught my eye and said in an annoyed tone, "I'm the only one here, I'll be with you as soon as I can." Ok. Gee, could you have said that five minutes ago? I understand being short handed, but I can't believe she just stood there facing me, and in 10 minutes, those were the only words she spoke. She could have said I'm on hold and I need to stay on the phone, or explained the problem or even (gasp!).SMILED or something. I finally just walked out of the store. I honestly have never seen anybody behave in this session. If she is the professional pharmacist, I hope she's good with chemicals, because she's terrible with people. The only reason for two stars was because of the nice young man in guest services and the rest of the store was OK I've used target pharmacy for years and never seen such rude behavior. read more

Target on University in Little Rock Arkansas sucks it has very rude employees there I have been just treated very badly and it's been more than once some first time I didn't report it the second time I did I just could not believe what this girl said to me and in front of other store customers I had to report it and all they did the management was give me a customer survey card and when I called the corporate office all they offered me was a $10 gift card I promptly told them that no I didn't want their $10 gift card that that in no way would ever make up for what that girl said and did to me. read more
