I say cookie corner is one of the best cookie spots here on the island!! Cookies are always perfect, they have a variety of soft, crunchy, and chewy cookies. I love their chocolate chip oatmeal and double chocolate cookies!! It's so fast and convenient. Priced by the weight and can say it is fairly cheap for premium cookies!

I've been to many bakeries and cookie shops, but The Cookie Corner has always had a special place in my heart. I'm used to going to the Uptown location in Pearlridge, but if I'm ever on this side to go to a movie, I can't leave the complex without making a cookie run. Even though I have my tried-and-true favorites, I always check to see if there are seasonal flavors during the time of my visit. One of my favorite seasonal flavors is the peanut butter cookie with the Reese's candy in the middle - I always keep an eye out for that. I've ordered single cookies, as well as small boxes from The Cookie Corner, and the business never seems to disappoint. Even though the cookies seem to have shrunk over the years (and the price has gone up), their taste, texture and consistency have remained the same. And that's what keeps me coming back. Here are some of my favorite flavors: "M&M Cookie": This one is the largest of all the cookies, but I'm willing to pay the extra price. I love the buttery, chewy consistency, and this cookie comes loaded with plain chocolate M&Ms. I've always liked the plain M&Ms more than the peanut version, so I usually get at least one of these during a Cookie Corner run. "Peanut Butter and Chocolate": If I know I'm not going someplace hot where this cookie will melt, I'll get this flavor. I love how the cookie is fully peanut butter, but I thoroughly enjoy the part where half of it is dunked in chocolate. Again, though, I just am sure to eat this cookie in a cool place - I hate it when I have a melted, sticky, chocolate mess on my hands. "Brownie with Powdered Sugar": Once in a while, I'll deviate from my cookie order and get a brownie instead. I love soft, chewy and fudgy brownies ... and these definitely don't disappoint. They're rich and fudgy; definitely more brownie-like than cake like. I like the one with powdered sugar on top, or the brownie with chocolate chips. They don't skimp on the chocolate chips, which add some extra crunch and texture. "Chocolate Chip": Sometimes, all you need is a good, ol' chocolate chip cookie to make the day better. This cookie never fails me. It's loaded with chocolate chips, and I love how the texture is chewy yet crumbly once I bite into the cookie. I seriously can eat this smaller cookie in a few bites, but I relish every one. "Double Chocolate with Walnuts": Loving this flavor was somewhat of a recent thing for me, as I don't really like nuts. I do like the chocolatier flavor of this cookie, and the walnuts just come with the territory. Yet, I do like the added crunch and textures that the nuts bring to the table.

As a child whenever I came to Pearlridge and walked around, I smelled their wonderful chocolate chip cookie wafting in the air. Then I would ask my mom if I could have a cookie. Fast forward more than 20 years or so later, and that sweet cookie smell still gets me every time when I'm at the mall. They had me as soon as inhaled that chocolate chip smell. This location is on the ground floor of Uptown next to the pretzel place, near the center area of the mall where the escalators are. They also have some other things besides cookies, like bite size cookies in cups, cookie tins and fruit bars. Of course their main item is cookies. They have a bunch of different cookie flavors to choose from and you pay based on their weight. I bought two cookies and spent about $3 the last time I went. Some of my favorites are their Chinese almond and m&m cookies. This is the best Chinese almond cookies I've ever had! What I like the most is their cookie's consistency, not too hard or soft. Chocolate chip of course, is my favorite since they're not super crispy or soft. They have a nice homemade taste to that can't be replicated. When I'm having a tough day, it's always nice to get one of these cookies. ********* It's time for cookies, love that chocolate chip smell and comforting taste

A big cup, but of course it's halfway gone!

I walked in after a heavy meal so that I wouldn't be buying too much for we know how all that works. Ends up with losing money and wasting food!!! However if you go in not starved, you will end up buying one or two baked goods and being happy with them. I tried their azuki bean bread and their coconut cream bread. The first thing I must say is that the bread is soft, not too sweet and good. The cream in the coconut bread is light, fluffy, not overly sweet and the whole thing together was a rather positive experience. I had a few words with the lady behind the counter and she said that they're super busy morning time. Of course, without zippys next door, they got all the baked goods business. I enjoyed their breads and I will definitely return. They probably have been in business for a long time, however this is my first time going and I will return for sure!

I'm not one to make or bake any snacks so places like CeCe Patisserie is the place for me as they're located in Pearl Kai which is right across from Pearlridge Center and with lots of free parking the convenience is very easy and you can find them right behind Jiffy Lube. Walking in the vibe is so festive and bright with a staff who I believe is a family friend was such a delight describing just about everything in the shop and not missing a beat it was so difficult to decide and I needed quite a bit of snacks...6 to be exact and not refrigerated so it did illuminate a few which made the choices much easier for me. After much browsing it was the tub of Chex Mix as it came in Hurricane, Ranch, Tajin or Everything Bagel seasoning. Love the various flavors and I got three of Hurricane and Everything Bagel and with multiple purchase there was a little discount that's really appreciated :) There was quite a bit of baked goods many are a bit more sensitive and wished they had more of the snacks as they do make great gifts as well but there are cupcakes, banana bread, brownies and cheesecake...so many options is incredible. It seems like they have a food truck as well making this little shop a busy spot in so many ways. Thank you!

So many choices of breads!!! I wish there was a pack of assorted cream-filled buns. Hint, hint I love all of their goodies. This past Thanksgiving I ordered custard pumpkin pies from Ani's. I used their website to place an online order the day before, which was pretty user-friendly including pics of the baked goods available. I wanted to get a few pastries for myself to try and bring some poi malasadas for my volunteer group. I saw they also sold sandwiches, which I was unaware of & was happy to see they had a chicken salad sandwich that I ended up ordering. Pick-up was scheduled for 9AM. They are easy to find and located across the street from the Halawa rec center. As other yelpers have mentioned, parking can be tricky but there is ample parking. Just be sure not to park in any stalls marked reserved. When I got there, there were only 2 customers ahead of me, a man in the store, and a lady just outside the door. Apparently they limit the amount of people in the door because of how small the area is and probably same set-up from covid time. Plus if there are already people at the register, there's a sign on the door that says, "the line starts here." So even though I ordered ahead, I still had to wait to get in. They should at least have another employee help with just pick-up orders to move the line along in case customers in front of you have huge orders. After I stood there waiting, 3 more people lined up behind me. Once I got to the counter, the girl had to go in the back to get my order which was already bagged when she brought it to me. It took about 10 minutes altogether from waiting in line to leaving. She was nice and friendly and the front area was kept clean. Poi malasadas, $2 each - good sized and ono, nice & soft, not overly sweet. Blueberry scone, $3.60 - meh, on the dry side & looks like they use frozen blueberries or preserved, not worth it. Butter roll, $1.45 - meh, on the dry side even after warming it. Long john, $3.90 - ono, hands down one of the best I've had. It is a little pricier than other bakeries but it is huge. They do not skimp on the custard, filled to the max & it was tasty, not overly sweet. The only thing I didn't like was there was way too much powered sugar topping, which made the donut part too sweet. Still worth getting & way better than Zippy's. Chicken salad sandwich, $9.75 - one of the best I've had. Wasn't sure what to expect from a bakery but it was delicious & the price was very reasonable. Comes on a soft, sweet bread type roll and packed with chicken salad & lettuce. They also did not skimp on the chicken salad, which was also very flavorful. This sandwich was huge & barely fit the container it came in. I could only eat half because it was so filling. All sandwiches come with a bag of chips. Unfortunately, the website doesn't give you a choice of what you want, they just stuck a bag of fritos in the bag, which I was ok with. I would get this again. Overall, I was pleased with most of the food. Ordering online ahead of time was easy, friendly service at pick-up with a clean area, & ample free parking. I plan to come back and try some other goodies. Support local!
