Love, love, love this store.... well at least the idea of it. If you're as OCD as I am, this place is definitely for you! THey have floor to ceiling shelves full of containers, storage bins, organizers for any shape and size! They have a lot of little cool knick-nack things that are always fun to have around. Also, the folks that I've spoken with while wandering around were super helpful, nice and knowledge about what they had and where they were all located. The only downside I had when walking around was that I noticed that some of the items were kinda pricey. Not really the storage stuff, but more those nifty organizer things that I felt would be a neat thing to have at home, could find it cheaper somewhere else like on Amazon. Overall, I still love this store. This is definitly my go-to for storage items and organization ideas. Can't wait to go visit there again! read more

If you are into organization, I mean REALLY into organization then do I have a place for you to go. Walk in and the place is so clean (it makes sense considering what they sell) and the staff are all really friendly so it's a pleasant experience to come here. Hangers, shoe racks, organizers, boxes, cubbies and anything and everything you can think of you can find here. It's a fun place to come if you are into this stuff, but if you're not it can get boring really pretty quick. My suggestion is to keep kids and those in the family who aren't into this stuff out of here if you are. My wife loves this place and could spend an hour here browsing and marveling at the inventive things that they have, while people who don't care will be bored to tears by it. read more

A clean, organized persons dream heaven! This store has every possible container and storage for your house and the prices are not that bad at all. If I could have the entire store in my house I would be the happiest person in the world! Lots of designs and endless possibilities of what you can put in container or in storage. My new favorite store! read more

Oh my goodness! This store is a dream for all your organizational needs. I went there to find some baskets to put in my freezer so that the food stops falling out when I open the freezer door, because I keep packing it in there too tight. There were so many choices. I first looked in the kitchen area and saw something I thought I really wanted. But then I walked a little further to the regular basket area and found some really great plastic baskets that looked really sturdy and would take being in the freezer. The containers and storage areas in the store are beyond your imagination. They even have one whole section of the store for closet storage. They will design the closet of your dreams. They also have a an area of stationary and gift bags and gift boxes if you need something like that. The store also has a bunch of little interesting items for you to take your time and decide just how many of all of these things you need. The cool thing was that when I checked out they asked me to join the perks club and I immediately saved 15% on my order and then when I signed on online they sent me an email to save another 15%. I've driven past the store many times and wondered what it was like inside. I now know! I can't wait to go back and see what other organizational items I can get! You really need to check it out. read more

WOW! This is amazing! That was my first thoughts when I walked into this store. I was in love haha I'm a huge fan of organization and compartments and things of that nature..I guess it's the slightly OCD thing about me. I could've spent my entire bank account here haha but I was able to refrain, thankfully. But man, this place has everything!!! Go go go! read more

I have never been in a store where you ask for help and the employee sends you to Home Depot down the street. What a jerk!

Couldn't find anyone to help me. I came in the daytime on a weekday so it wouldn't be so crowded. Apparently no one works there in the daytime. They called for help for me at least 4 times in an almost empty store and no one ever came. The woman working at the custom space desk didn't seem to care. This used to be my favorite store. Really disappointing visit! read more

If you are in any sort of need for help with organizing or storage anywhere in your life, this is the place! I was in an organization wonderland and it doesn't disappoint! I was shocked by the quality of the products they sell and they are sure to last a while which is something I always look for when I make any purchase. They have a wide selection of little containers for the kitchen pantry all the way to different sized containers for all around the house. I now have a sudden excitement to start organizing the garage! The place is clean and the staff are super helpful is and nice. They offer to help load the stuff in your car when it's big purchase and from what I see from other shoppers people tend to splurge. I'm happy I checked this place out and now have some storage for each room in the house. I'll be coming back to get more for the garage. I like this location because it's around a lot of good restaurants like bjs brew house and the millenia mall is right across the street. Check this place out! read more

One thing for sure is they have containers for everything. This place is just overrated. Overpriced "tupperware/rubbermaid".... You can find the same containers at Marshalls, Ross or online for 50-75% less. read more

First time coming to this store, only had to come here because I was doing an Instacart delivery order, never knew this place existed. I had no service when I walked in so the Instacart app was not loading so I asked an older lady at the checkout counter if there was Wifi for the store, she immediately said no in a rude way so I asked if she knew where a specific item was, which were ribbons, and in a rude way again she says "they're all over the store" not being any help, mind you it's my first time there. There was only a SMALL section of about 10 ribbons, ribbons are NOT "all over the store" as she said, containers were. Hence the store name. The whole time I was in there employees were walking by and staring and not offering to help while standing by me acting like they are doing something when they are really just watching. They probably even thought I was there to steal or was sketchy since I asked for their wifi when I first walked in. This place needs to get better employees, ones who aren't rude and are actually helpful. And don't just stand there with their arms crossed staring at you. Maybe they need younger employees because all of them were way older women who had attitudes and were full of rudeness. DONT SHOP HERE! Never coming back again! Now I know why the store was completely empty. WORST SERVICE. read more

My sister is a teacher so this is her kind of place. I have three kiddos myself so I thought, why not? It's a heck of a drive from my place and traffic is awful, but it is Mall of Millenia area so it's not really unexpected. Parking is scarce and this place was a lot smaller than I thought. I liked the store. Customer service is absolutely A+. I think on every aisle, an employee asked us if we needed anything or any help or advice. Both Sis and I found that impressive. While I liked a lot of what I saw, I was mentally thinking, "But this stuff is at Walmart, down the street from my house, for less than half price." Then again, I hate Walmart. I did end up buying three items which I couldn't recall seeing at Wamart or Target. I'm definitely pleased with what I bought. If you don't mind horrible traffic and despise Walmart AND have OCD tendencies, then this is your kind of place! Again, excellent customer service, but I think it was overpriced. read more

I have been awaiting the arrival of this store for quite some time. I think that it basically compares to a Bed, Bath & Beyond but with better prices. I think you can also find a lot of its merchandise at Target or Wal-Mart for less. I like it, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get to it for something I could find elsewhere. read more

My rating is for staff only. The store has a lot to choose from, but two employees left me with a negative attitude. One guy had both a heavy foreign accent and a speech impediment, so he was impossible to understand. He also did not want to help much and had body odor. A middle aged woman, Melanie, was super snarky. read more

If you're entering this store you're going for a particular purpose. This isn't somewhere I come a lot & it is pretty pricey but I needed a certain size silverware organizer which I found & ended up needing to return. The return policy is easy & staff is friendly. In main Millenia area so can get busy. read more

It started out a fantastic day I was in the market to redo my entire house In order to make it more organized, clean and effective. I I am aware that I could do like majority of people and order on Amazon or any other platforms. I have grown tired of reading and seeing places that I used to shop frequently being closed down due to no business so I thought hey let me pay the extra money and actually go shop at the container store. A couple of the employees as I walked in were super nice, helpful and friendly however that did not last. let me clarify that it was not them that changed they remained very nice and attentive. About 7 to 10 minutes into shopping I received a extremely important phone call. There was a maybe a total of eight people not employees in this location so I walked the very back corner of the store there is no one around I slid my mask down a little bit so I could be heard on the phone and then was braided by that older gentleman employee. While dealing with a medical phone call I asked that employee while trying to pull up my mask is there a place that I can go somewhere in the store that I could remove my mask and be able to finish this call ? I was told first, like I told you Mask has to be on your face there's no place in the store you can use the phone other than outside. He was dressed in a black shirt short grayish kind of hair I would probably say 50s definitely acted as the manager over other employees I saw. I would like to finish by saying, I am a consultant for 3 fortune 500 companies. I will make sure personally every single company or business that I consult for knows not to purchase or do business with this store. I truly hope that someone in corporate reads this review and understands that they made the wrong choice for management. Not because it cost you a customer but, it's going to cost you companies that could have been spending there money here. Unfortunately it would not let me continue and post it unless I added a star truly zero out five !! read more

It's not only about the innovative, organizational products, but the personal service. Brad, at Millenia Mall, knows when a difficult customer - me - is having a rough day and needs organization, kindness, and a friendly smile. read more

This was my first time here and I had heard a lot of people were re doing their closest a with items they bought here. I'm always hearing about this place on YouTube. So on my way to ikea I stopped in to see what it was all about. Well I am no organizer by any means so I felt very over whelmed at the amount of organizing you could accomplish at this store. Boxes, buns, drawers of all different colors shapes and sizes. Even had little itty bitty container you could maybe fit one Lego brick into. I mean itty bitty. A whole wall was filled with these things in about 5 different colors. Some things were very pricey and others were more affordable. I just wish I had someone who could tell me what to buy and how to make it work. If you are an organizer this place would be heaven. The store is like dead quiet though. We went in with our two kids and I felt like I could hear a pen drop. My son was too giggly for this place. read more

Wasn't impressed, found the product's dull and the pricing high. I can get the same product's elsewhere for much less. Also was a little disappointed that associates never approached or engaged me, while I was specifically looking at Elfa, many walked past. Not worth dealing with the traffic to get there, won't be back read more
