How beautiful is this place ?
Chanele S.

I've shopped at Z Gallerie for YEARS since they've been in the Millenia Mall. I haven't had issues with any of the products I've bought and they're still statement pieces. My review is 100% about their customer service. I went in today to buy my holiday tableware pieces and was not greeted at the door. There was an employee at the front on his cell phone. I was browsing and needed help locating an item and had to go to the counter to find help. There were four ladies at the counter who did not acknowledge me or anything. I literally stood there at the counter with an item waiting for help for about 6 minutes until I asked an associate if someone can please help me. She was ringing a customer up and said she'll help me in a second. I let her know that I had a quick question and anyone could help me. The other three ladies proceeded to ignore me. I don't know if it was because of how I was dressed or how I look or maybe they assumed I wasn't going to buy anything but I have never felt so disrespected. I don't know what the purpose of ignoring me was since I did buy items today. That store is not worth my money and sadly they're the only one in Orlando.

Heaven!

Love this store. Forgot about it as I don't think there is one in the NYC area. Great style, great objects and mirrors and knick knacks, at very good prices.

Set of glass owls, will make a perfect birthday gift!
Ryan F.

My sister told me about this store, she had been to one in New Jersey, I was looking for a birthday gift. I have never heard of the company or even realized the location existed. The store is very nice and the employees were great and very helpful. I honestly thought everything was going to be way overpriced but it was not too bad. I purchased a set of owls, when I first saw them I thought they were going to be over $50 but they were only $19.95. Overall the store was great, but I found a lot fo the items were not something I would particularly purchase. However, my sister is a huge fan of Z Gallerie.

The price point is lower than pottery barn, and the pieces are more modern without being weird.

They had one in stock, verified inventory, and a week later I made the purchase. I was told it would ship in 3 days and arrive a week after that. When I called to confirm that it had ship, the service rep checked and told me that it was at my location waiting for delivery instructions! I called and total time from purchase to delivery was 5 days. I was floored. Customer service was awesome. Detailed. Informative. Timely.

None of these items were purchased through the store auctions and were able to be taken home same day (we had rental trucks). The pieces we have purchased are classic in style, (rococo/chippendale) made from quality, solid, mahogany wood and with ornate carvings and design. We were looking for a stool to go with the vanity and we lucked out and found one today. The price on the chair MSRP was listed at $1,099. The owner of the store offered it to us for just over $400 including tax. We happily took the offer, as we were hard pressed to find anything that seemed to match the current aesthetic without breaking the bank. This warehouse type facility has a borage of items and hosts virtual auctions every weekend. You can find king Louis style bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture, chandeliers, bathroom vanities, large area rugs, decorative statues, holiday decor, outdoor gazebos, and more. They are always updating their inventory which is shipped in from around the world. If you're looking for stately (and sometimes over the top gaudy style), bespoke and over sized furniture, World of Decor should definitely be on your list of places to check out.

The store is absolutely impeccable--spotless, beautifully laid out, and incredibly well organized. Every section is thoughtfully arranged, making it not only easy to find what you need, but genuinely enjoyable to browse. It's the kind of place where you walk in for one item and leave inspired to transform your entire home. The staff truly elevate the experience. They are courteous, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and their knowledge makes a difference. Whether you have a specific project in mind or you're just exploring ideas, they guide you in a way that feels helpful and effortless. What I loved most is how inspiring the store is. It's not just about storage--it's about creating a more organized, functional, and peaceful environment. I found myself discovering so many smart solutions for both home and on-the-go organization that I hadn't even thought of before. On top of that, the entire experience is just easy. There's plenty of convenient parking, which makes getting in and out stress-free. Even the restrooms are spotless and well-maintained--something that really reflects the overall attention to detail and high standards of the store. Their exchange and return policy is another huge plus--simple, hassle-free, and customer-friendly, which gives you confidence when trying new products. This is more than just a retail store--it's an experience. Between the fantastic service, the immaculate environment, and the endless inspiration, it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop. I'll definitely be back again and again.

A Walk Through IKEA: A Test of Stamina, Direction, and Job Flexibility…read more January 10, 2026 My first serious trip to IKEA made me realize that this is not just a furniture store. It's a carefully designed one-way journey. The layout is extremely thoughtful--so thoughtful that it's almost impossible to visit just one section. Whether you're there to buy a single mug or simply "have a look," you will be guided through the entire store. I managed to do even better than that. I got lost. Not only did I get lost, I walked part of it twice. The most important detail: I was wearing four-inch stilettos. In IKEA, those are not shoes. They're a personal challenge. After what felt like a full hike, I finally reached the exit and thought I was done. That's when the real test began - checkout. Most stores at least give you options: self-checkout or cashier-assisted checkout. IKEA is very decisive. Self-checkout only. So there I was, scanning items, bagging them myself, slowly realizing I had taken on a new role. The screen even politely asked: "Are you a member?" I couldn't help laughing. I had just become a temporary cashier, without an employee discount, and without a paycheck. And then came the final surprise. At the exit - nothing. At Costco, for example, there's always someone checking receipts. At IKEA, the exit is completely empty. For a moment, you might think this reflects IKEA's deep trust in its customers. Then another thought occurs to you: maybe they also saved the salary of that employee. By the end of this IKEA trip, I had completed: a full-store walk, a detour with repetition, a high-heel endurance test, a self-checkout internship, and a quiet reflection on trust and cost control. Next time, I'll wear flat shoes. As for the salary and staff discount - I won't get my hopes up. I spent $53.69 in total that day. $29.95 went to pear-flavored sparkling water. Which means over half of my IKEA budget was... hydration. IKEA: where your legs get a workout, your patience is tested, and your self-checkout skills improve... all in one visit. I guess I overestimated my ability to wear high heels. I may have slightly overestimated my high-heel endurance. In hindsight, I clearly overestimated my ability to survive IKEA in high heels. I confidently assumed I could handle high heels at IKEA. I was wrong.
