Greatest investment of all time, not $2500+ for 3 pans. No joke - do you want to pop that on your credit card ?

Everyone had the best time, and the food was incredible. Chef Teri was super responsive from my first email, and she made the booking process easy. I had my team peruse sample menus on the Eatsies site, and we landed on grilled flatbreads with homemade ricotta and strawberry napoleon. The grilled flatbreads can be done with figs, but they weren't in season, so Chef Teri instead showed us how to make the delicious Piatti's garlic dip. Chef arrived with everything we needed (all ingredients as well as equipment). She started off the class by showing us some basic knife skills, and she shared good stories, tips, and tricks throughout the entire lesson. She was great about ensuring each of us got to try out every step so that we would really learn how to make each recipe. The combo of the grilled flatbread with the homemade ricotta (SO good!) and the garlic dip (almost like a chimichurri) was scrumptious! The strawberry napoleon was fun to assemble, beautiful, and delicious. That vanilla lemon whipped cream was *chef's kiss! We all got to enjoy the fruits of our labor right then, and we had some leftovers to send home with people. I think each of us have already made at least one of the recipes again already. The garlic dip is also an excellent marinade on any kind of meat. The entire experience was just perfect. Teri is incredibly fun and engaging, she makes recipes and techniques easy to understand and execute on, and the final product was so good. We will absolutely do more with Chef Teri in the future, and I would recommend Eatsies to everyone!

My wife and I had originally intended to have Kitchen Art Studio host my daughter's birthday party…read more My wife went in and arranged for a 2 hour party for 10 children. The price quoted for this was a somewhat steep $375. To my wife's shock and amazement, this ballooned to $494 once our credit card was charged; not only tax, but 18% gratuity on the original excessive amount, was added. Within a few days we decided this was a bad idea overall, and phoned to cancel. After a few confusing telephone and email exchanges, my wife received email notification that they would retain 25% (approximately $125) as a cancellation fee! To date, we still have not come to a satisfactory resolution regarding our refund. Altogether it has been a very frustrating and time-consuming experience. Update: our credit card company issued us a credit for the full amount, and took matters into their own hands.

I was pretty excited because my friend told me that we were going to learn how to cook and have dinner at the Kitchen Art Studio. We learned how to make chicken empanaditas and seared scallops piccata with pasta, and just torch the sugar on the creme brulee since the creme brulee was already premade. We had some wine that we brought and they provided us with strawberry lemonade to drink. It was a fun experience however it is a bit pricey. For a large group we paid about ~$60-80 a person granted it was for a cooking lesson along with gratuity. There were about 15-20 of us and they could not split the check which ended up being a huge hassle since the bill was over a thousand and we had to put it on one card. I don't know whether or not I'd come back again since I think this place is intended for large parties but overall it was a good experience and the instructor was very friendly and informative.

I follow him on Facebook and appreciate that he doesn't Spam his followers like other celebrities are wont to do. Sam the Cooking Guy genuinely appreciate his fans and tells them so! Now all over the airwaves in a Cox Cable commercial, taking over Costco with various book signings, appearing on morning radio shows or doing cooking segments on TV shows-Sam the Cooking Guy is the man! Don't forget his kitschy little cooking show! It's also nice that he is a friendly and unassuming and makes cooking and BBQ-ing look so easy and painless. When you watch his cable channel show, it looks like Sam just opens his frig and throws together whatever is handy. Sam the Cooking Guy DEMYSTIFIES the fine art of cooking. I was referred to Nourish by a friend. I browsed their web site and read over the 'Providers and…read moreStaff' bios to try and decide which doctor I wanted to see based on my needs. Honestly, it was a bit of a shot in the dark. Prices of visits vary depending on who you see. I called to make an appointment, and was disappointed to find out it was about 3 months before I could get in. I was called and offered an earlier appointment when someone else cancelled, but I couldn't make it, so I stuck with my original appointment time. The front desk staff were always pleasant when I interacted with them. You have the option to visit in person or through an on-line virtual video visit. For my first visit, I decided to go in-person as I wanted to make a connection with the doctor and for her to really "see me". The office is very clean, modern and upscale, although not 'cold and clinical'. The decor colors are welcoming and serene. There is a waiting room and then you're called back to your doctor's office and you walk through a common area with a large table. There's a small restroom and a phlebotomist's room. I left after my first visit (which was about an hour) with my head spinning slightly as I felt like I had some 'homework' to do before my next visit. This included downloading an app, through which to order supplements and ordering said supplements. Organizing getting bloodwork (which, after some research turned out to be less expensive through a 3rd party lab, not through the Nourish phlebotomist), ordering a prescription through a compound pharmacy and purchasing and utilizing a continual glucose monitor through another retail outlet. While wearing the monitor, I had to enter any food consumed and any exercise activity into the glucose monitor app. Communication with your Nourish doctor is done through a 'patient portal'. Any messages I sent were usually answered within a couple of days. I also called the front desk a few times with questions. For my second visit, I chose the convenience of meeting virtually on-line to save the commute time. This visit was about 40 minutes, done through the portal. The doctor I chose was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, but not particularly warm and bubbly. She didn't smile much. Not a lot of pleasantries like , 'How was your summer?' or 'How was the drive here?' or whatever, just strictly down to business. That's OK, but I like a little bit more of a friendlier/interactive bedside manner. Between two visits, some bloodwork (outside my provider network), several supplements, a compound pharmacy prescription and mail delivery, plus purchasing a glucose monitor, (also out of my provider network), I spent just over $1,100. After my second visit, it kind of occurred to me that the operation relies a little heavily on the recommendation of supplements which you order through a portal they suggest -- obviously they make a commission. (I was told by the front desk to 'Not order through Amazon'!) I didn't feel like the first set of supplements had done much, so I decided not to order the second set that was suggested. I felt I was given very minimal nutritional advice. I'm glad I gave Nourish and naturopathy a try and I was pleased that I was tested/monitored for things that my regular medical provider wouldn't bother testing for, however, ultimately I didn't feel like it solved much for me. There is free on-site parking.
