I hadn't ever really done a guided detox before or one quite this long. Most of my prior attempts were maybe one week long and I didn't find very helpful. Svetlana is wonderful, attentive, and available to answer any and all questions that I had along the way. I loved the detailed program guide that she sent out because I knew exactly what to expect along the week on a daily basis. What I wanted to gain from the detox were primarily daily habits that I could incorporate into my life after the detox. Some of the things that stuck were waking up every morning to a cup of lemon water with cayenne and apple cider vinegar. As the days went on I eliminated the apple cider vinegar because I didn't really dig the taste, but I find that I continue to do this every morning still. By day 4 of this detox I had a lot of energy and my afternoon lulls were not as extreme as they used to be. I'm very grateful to have done this as I've seen a significant improvement in my consistency with healthier food choices, getting exercise and taking steps towards my goals. She is so nice, supportive and she listens to all of your concerns carefully. I met her when I was totally in pain. I was 2-months postpartum with sever lower back pain, 4 years chronic pain in shoulder and 2 years knee pain after falling while skating. I basically tried to live with the pain the past years as my family doctor did xrays and said everything is fine and just take Tylenol to relieve pain! But dr Sorrenti helped me to ease the pain and gain the muscles' strength. I felt so much good during and after each visit. I was surprised when she was touching my back and neck and knew exactly where it's hurting without telling her and she adjusted that. I became stronger with less pain. She taught me exercises that really helped me. Even my daughter like to get adjusted by dr Sorrenti and will jump to the adjustment table once we arrive to the clinic.
