Cons: The lights in the room are fluorescent office lighting. They can't be dimmed. The music from the people working out in the next room is so loud; it's as if you're at a club. They're also yelling (over the music and loud floor fans) and dropping weights so there's a lot of sounds going on. I'd say this is probably a good place to get sports massage or any massage really *unless* you're looking for a relaxing one. The environment doesn't lend itself to relaxing.
