I purchased a Groupon for a massage here. Pros: Super helpful and attentive people working there. I was able to schedule easily and they also accommodated my Groupon expiring a week earlier. I went to the location in Kearny Mesa and it has a huge, free parking lot. Elizabeth was my massage therapist and she was great! Listened to my requests with care and she's very knowledgeable. Cons: The lights in the room are fluorescent office lighting. They can't be dimmed. The music from the people working out in the next room is so loud; it's as if you're at a club. They're also yelling (over the music and loud floor fans) and dropping weights so there's a lot of sounds going on. I'd say this is probably a good place to get sports massage or any massage really *unless* you're looking for a relaxing one. The environment doesn't lend itself to relaxing. read more

Chris was very thorough in explaining to me the lymphatic system, how the massages can aid healing, and answered all questions I had. He is very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and am excited to go back to him for my second and third massages. Planning to buy additional massages through 360 wellness directly. Only complaint is that the office is a little hard to find because it doesn't specifically say 360 wellness on the door, I was unable to find the location on my own but when I called the office, Chris was happy to meet me outside. read more

I bought a Groupon for a lymphatic drainage massage. I scheduled an appt and showed up. The place was dark and the doors were locked. I called the ph# and was told my appt was cancelled due to inclement weather. I rescheduled. I showed up the 2nd time. Again, my appt was cancelled due to a no-call/no-show by the employee. Neither time was I notified of the cancellation. I was given a ph# for an employee that was working that day. I called her cell. She was in a location 30 miles away, and was booked the entire day. She said I could show up and wait in case someone didn't show up for their appt. I declined. I called the main ph# several times over the next several days. I finally got through and asked for a refund. It's been 2 weeks since my refund request. I've called 4 times. No one answers the phone and I haven't received a refund. The people here are incredibly unprofessional. If management sees this review, please note that I'm still waiting for my refund. *Update: just rcvd an angry call from Cory, yelling at me in an angry tone, saying my review is untrue. I began explaining my experience and he yelled over me, saying my review is untrue. Cory claimed he submitted the refund request to Groupon but did not indicate when. I asked for evidence so I can ask Groupon for my refund. Cory refused to send me anything proving his claim, and continued angrily yelling that my review is untrue. I said if he can prove he submitted a refund, then I will update my review to reflect same. He personally insulted me then hung up. I had the most bizarre and frustrating experience with this place, and I didn't even get a chance to try it out. I purchased a Groupon for lymphatic drainage massage, and called to make an appointment. I called multiple times and left a voicemail and never heard back. Finally I was able to schedule (through an answering service that was rude) and he said I needed to text a number to confirm the appointment, which seemed weird. I texted the number with my appointment details and they asked for my name to verify my Groupon. After sending my name, they said my appointment was canceled and my Groupon would be refunded. When I showed up he was not present and Julia (staff) told me he was running late. I filled out paperwork and she took me upstairs to take body measurements. When we finished and she brought me into the office she told me that I was not doing good, that I'm over weight and then asked me what I wanted out of this in a rude tone. "What are you going to even accomplish is the 10 sessions" She then proceeded to say that there's a 90 day or a year long package and asked me what I wanted. 10/21 I have been researching treatments to tone and lose fat ,recently I have tried coolsculpting for my upper arms an am waiting for results, they say it takes about 12 weeks to see results. I searched for non-invasive treatments and found CyroSkin by Lean 3:16 in San Diego Owned and operated by Christopher Prescott and his assistant Brooke who are both fantastic people, I couldn't believe Christopher was 50, or Brooke in her late 20's early 30's with 3 kids, just blew me away ( she looks 15. Anyways, I had my first of 5 facial and neck treatment done 5 days ago. you could see results immediately,  and it takes 2 weeks to see real improvements, I swear I wake up in the morning and  think I look younger daily.  Brooke, the assistant who is doing my face, took before, midway and after photos,  the difference was amazing looking at the one side done compared to the one we were doing next, it was freaking unreal. Looking all over the the internet for someone skilled to help me after my surgery with post-op massages and I stumbled upon this place. I initially tried to have a female therapist here complete my massages, but she was booked too far out. I needed someone ASAP so I decided to go with Chris and I am so happy I did. I've had 6 massages and hands down, he is the best. You come in, he takes your temp and gives you sanitizer, you fill out paperwork and he assesses you to see if truly help you, not a money grab like so many other places. I also went to another therapist (not associated with this company twice beforehand) and she was not as thorough or as knowledgeable& based on my results there is a clear difference. Chris and his other therapists were friendly, professional and genuine. Lean 316 being black owned is just icing on the cake. He offers Cryotherapy with the sessions if you need it and real advice to maintain your results. P. S. I was running behind on time for my appointments and Chris was flexible with his time. Chris is amazing! It was my first time getting a Lymphatic Drainage and I learned a lot in an hour lol. He's professional, respectful, informative, makes you feel comfortable, and overall good spirit. (For my body) I could already feel the difference during and after I got the massage. I just had Lipo 360 BBL surgery done in Mexico and found Chris on Yelp and definitely wanted to try him based off of his amazing reviews. First, he called me before I had surgery and was completely thorough on what to expect post op which he doesn't have to at all, along with that answered any questions I had. Then, I completed my first lymphatic massage and I can't tell you how amazing he is. He made me feel so comfortable and he is 100% knowledgeable in lymphatic drainage massages. I have been working with Chris for post op lymphatic drainage massages. He has completely exceeded my expectations! I worked with a few masseuses in Miami where I got my surgery done & I was never informed of the liquid needing to be drained in my legs. If it wasn't for Chris I would still be swollen in my legs & my butt and thigh would have little separation. Where do I start?? This review is about 4 years late (sorry Chris)! I met Chris January 19, 2015. I had a cruise rapidly approaching and my clothes were not fitting well. My co-worker had found Chris on Groupon - so I said, why not? In my first meeting with Chris, I got the whole sales pitch (insert eye roll, but I love you Chris), and then my first workout. I never felt so bad about myself after that 15-20 min assessment. I left feeling defeated and with a pounding headache, but I was committed to getting back on track. If you are looking for someone to sugar coat things and blow smoke up your you know what, Chris is not that guy! But if you are looking for someone who really cares and wants the best for you and your health, Chris is your guy. The workouts are not for the faint of heart, they are the real deal. In all the years I've worked with Chris, I have never done the same workout twice. Most of all what I got out of my training with Chris is not they physical rewards - it is the mental rewards. I remember the first time Chris wanted me to do box jumps, I could not jump on a darn box to save my life. Chris literally held my hands and would say "Yes you can Shannon there are NO I CANT'S, I don't understand what you are saying". My overall fitness level has increased ten fold and I believe I can do anything I want to. I can go to the gym and not rely on classes - I know how to work out using the machines and free weights, and it is because Chris helped me build confidence in myself. I took an introduction class with Chris for cardio kickboxing for a month for strength training. I have been to many other gyms and trainers and this is different and fun. Chris is a great trainer. The classes are very motivated and fun. Every class targets different body part and all different workout routines. He switches from weight training to cardio training to kickboxing every class which makes the workout very enjoyable. After the introduction class was over, I decided to continue the training with him.
