I was greeted by the owner Leah who explained the infrared sauna and PEMF which I never heard of. A LOT of information on both regarding treatment. I signed up for the infrared sauna, they have a few different lights for different types of treatment. I did the orange light which is both healing and relaxing I think? I forgot but the sauna was a personal use sauna so you get a private room to yourself which has a towel, shower cap some disposable slippers and for after a cool lavender scented towel. I cant imagine the "rest of the clients" heard the treatment I received from her. Furthermore, I did elect for the red-light version of the sauna, it is in fact an option you could have chose on Classpass (at that time at least). I am well-versed in med spas and treatments. Please do not try to belittle my experience and make excuses. I would have appreciated the owner, you, to have contacted me much earlier to reconcile my expereince. Visited Bio-tique on Veterans Day this year because of a special promotion for veterans like myself. Received a complementary 45 minutes in their individual Infrared Saunas. Was greeted at the entrance and was given a small tour. Everything was clean and well kept. Felt extremely comfortable and service was great. The sauna experience was great and boy did I sweat. I'm very excited to talk about Bio-tique. Two Thursdays ago I tried out and then signed up for their unlimited IR sauna. I'm getting 1/mo cryo-facial with my subscription, btw. Membership also entails full body scans to track my fitness goals. I've been able to go 3 times each week. I'm 50 plus i work in front of the computer for hours. I'm so busy I don't have time to exercise. My colleagues and I have a little walking competition and I always have the least amount of steps daily. I'm talking less than 1k on a 9-hr workday. I do watch my food intake, but not a health nut. I dabble in keto diet but mostly keep the no-refined sugar part. I can't give up bread or rice forever. During the Holidays I've indulged, and gained 7 pounds. Yesterday, I had my second scan. In two weeks time, I've lost 3.4 pounds, 1 inch off of my waist, and 1.4 points BMI. Not bad eh?!! I do need to exercise three times a week but since I don't even have time to walk at work I just use Bio tique's whole body vibration plate. I started five minutes l. But today I actually did 10 minutes of it. I hope to see yet another positive news two weeks from now when I do the scan again. I'm writing this as I am sitting in the sauna and it's getting harder to type. That's it, that's all, stay tuned. Great experience overall. I had about 10 sessions of PEMF therapy and it helped with healing my initial injury. Unfortunately, I re-injured my hamstring severely and needed more specific treatment to Target my injury (PT, acupuncture, cupping, and of course rest). The staff here are all very courteous and take the time to chat with you and get to know you. It's reasonably priced and the environment is very welcoming and "spa" like. The place is exceptionally clean as well. I tried the Infrared sauna once. It gets quite hot. I'm use to the heat because I teach hot yoga but this definitely gets steamy. Finally a relaxing weekend and I was glad that I was able to relax here at bio-tique. Parking was a breeze. There are plenty of parking spaces. I really liked the ambiance. Meditative music playing in the background. Really nice atmospheric vibe to place. I had an infrared sauna session. It was definitely what I needed after a long work week. Each infrared sauna is in its own private room. In the private room, there is music playing to help get in a meditative place when sitting in the sauna. When the sauna session is done there were towels to dry off and a cool towel scented with lavender that felt exceptional. I also demoed the PEMF machine. I didn't know what to expect from a mini demo session but upon learning about the benefits this is something I will definitely try again. I had stiff shoulders and this machine definitely eased the tension of the strain. Next time I visit, I will also book a 3D body scan session. All in all, a beautiful place. I shall return again. Tried the Cryoskin on my abdomen. It was not uncomfortable in the slightest. I noticed a big improvement after the first treatment, and not too much difference after the 4 subsequent treatments, but oh well. Still cheaper and way more comfortable than Coolsculpting. The staff here were all very very friendly and professional and made me feel completely comfortable. The owner even insisted I come back for the infrared sauna for free to improve my results. Just checked out this new med spa the other day, and had a fantastic experience so I thought I'd leave the first review. They have a few therapeutic modalities there that I was very interested in and couldn't find anywhere else. Pemf machines for healing athletic injuries, making a more speedy recovery, strengthening bones to prevent osteoporosis among other things. They also have very high-quality infrared saunas which I know are excellent for heavy metal detoxification (I had a high blood mercury level on my last check with my doctor). I haven't had my consult yet with Dr. Brown, but I'm looking forward to scheduling that soon and learning about personalized nutrition and supplement recommendations for optimal health! read more

I was pleasantly surprised how spa like this place felt. Upon entering the lobby there was calming music, beautiful decor and scented towels. The infrared sauna experience was awesome and no amount of exercise can help you detox (sweat) like this. I'm currently on a weight loss and health journey. Firstly when you walk in its absolutely lovely and very spa like. I did the 3D body scan first which tells you all your body measurements in seconds. This is done alone in a room so i wasn't self conscious at all. Then I did the infrared sauna which was fantastic and i sweated like a beast, think this is what made me sleep so fantastic last night. I also did pulsed Electromagnetic field therapy for back and shoulder pain, i will need to do some more sessions to really feel the major difference.
