Located at border of Poway and Rancho Bernardo, the office is on the second floor of the building. Like I mentioned before Diane is amazing! The only downside is they don't open on Saturday and Sunday so plan accordingly. I got a chemical peel which cost around $200. The procedure took about 30 minutes or less. Pain is 0.5 out of 10, not so much pain but more chemical irritation to eyes. You will get a fan to blow air which helps. You see results in about a week. My results were softer, smoother skin and smaller pores. Acne scarring texture issues were not fixed. For the IPL for cheeks only, cost is around $75. It takes about 15 minutes. It feels like zap of electricity current on your face, not so much pain but discomfort level 1/10. I only did one treatment and didn't see much results for this as my rosacea is still there. Suppose I need a second treatment to get better results. Plenty of parking and you can bring your dog! Love how this office is dog friendly! Kudos to refresh rx! read more

I've been going to Diane for about a year for laser hair removal and she is great. Her office is welcoming, clean and professional. Her receptionists are friendly as well! She talks to you the whole time so you aren't focusing on the pain, as I have a low pain tolerance and definitely feel some discomfort during the procedure, which is totally normal.
