I came in for Botox. Instead, your staff upsold me on a $1500 Thermage treatment I did NOT need. I'm in my late 30s, look under 30, and simply wanted a minor lift in my brow/eye area. Before-and-after photos? Identical. Zero results. But instead of owning the fact that your team pushed the wrong treatment, your manager trots out a copy-and-paste brochure blurb defending Thermage... completely missing the actual complaint. This isn't about whether Thermage works for some people... it's about your staff's lack of integrity and basic competence. You don't push a client into an expensive procedure they won't benefit from just to pad sales. That's called bad business. And to the so-called "Business Manager"... maybe try picking up the phone and speaking to dissatisfied clients like a professional instead of hiding behind a canned PR response. A real manager would've taken the time to understand that this was a breach of trust, not an opportunity to recite your marketing script. If I had been sold the treatment I came in for, I'd have spent less money, gotten what I actually needed, and maybe even become a loyal client. Instead, I walked out feeling ripped off, disregarded, and convinced your staff is better trained at reading sales quotas than at recommending the right treatment.

I walked back to the waiting area and told the front desk person that I waited for an hour and I would like to leave. She didn't even apologize, just issued my consultation refund and said, "Have a great day." On my way back, I received a call from the office to tell me that they were sorry that they were running behind. The person didn't even ask me if I want to reschedule, she just said that they were sorry for running behind. When I responded that running behind is ok, but what's not ok is to leave people waiting for an hour without any communication. She hung up on me. Just rude unprofessional people.
