I am very mad and upset with her customer service .I had an appointment for mild peel with Raquel today. I was lost coming to her location which I called her to get the address and let her know that I was running late . Anyway, when I got there she said I still have to pay $59 towards the chemical peel Since Ive been there 4 years ago and I totally forgot about it and when I called to make appt I've mentioned I have Groupon and she didn't say anything to me . Today , I took off from work to come to get treatment and she treated melike shit . Now she said she will charge my credit card since I was late . I have been going to Raquel for years & this review is just based on her professionalism as an esthetician. Unfortunately I cannot afford her anymore since school is draining, But until I graduate Nursing School I probably wont be able to book any appointments for a couple years. But I love her personality and she is so easy to talk to. Her massages are amazing and she is so down to earth. I would always get the pumpkin chemical peel & the microdermabrasion! When doing extractions & your skin is raw, it hurts a little, but you eventually will love the pain, same goes for the chemical peels they burn a little but your skin comes out looking gorgeous! read more

I know you can go anywhere for botox and fillers nowadays but why would you? I was going to Re Vive and although they do a great job on botox and fillers, Jamie is serioulsy an artist and really cares about making you look beautiful, not dead. I booked a facial for my husband and I and it was probably the best facial I've ever had. This was my husband's first time having a facial and he loved it! Can't say enough good things about Raquel at TLC Esthetics! I've suffered from horrible melasma for years. I've tried everything, spend hundreds on every lightening product you can find at ulta and even branched out to a super expensive line that cost over $500 for the lightening kit... after two babies it got really bad (hormones) . It actually looked like I had dirt on my face all the time. I spend a lot of money on makeup to cover it, watched a bunch of YouTube makeup tutorials, even bought an airbrush... thinking I could cover it. Nothing worked. I ran into Raquel outside of her office and had to ask what she does for her skin, it is flawless! She gave me her card and said she could help. I'm so glad I took her advice.
