I was hesitant to accept the offer, considering how painful it was last time and already not having a lot of trust in the company. But I decided to take the offer and I have mixed feelings. The bruising(not pictured) was really bad this time around, it may have been because I got injected twice so close together. But even with the after care product, I had DARK bruises for the entire 2 weeks. I know that is listed as normal but i definitely haven't experienced that in the past. In the photos you can see my before and after. The second photo is just a better look at my lips after 2 separate 1/2 syringes of juvederm. This is 2 weeks post the second syringe. My swelling and bruising is down. I'd also like to think the asymmetry was fixed, and some definition was added to my cupids bow. The transformation isn't as noticeable as I was hoping for but I am not unhappy with my results. Due to my own personal history with lip filler, I may still go back to the other company I've worked with before. Thank you again to NakedMd and everything you did to try and make it right. I had an outstanding bill for $59.00. Like almost every doctor, I usually settle up on my next visit so I did not mail in the payment. Also, my wife had a card on file for this exact reason. But I always paid my bills like with every doctor I use. I get a letter that we are "discharged" from the office meaning we could no long see Dr. London. I spoke to some of the front desk people would could not answer simple questions, then I spoke to the "office manager." Put simply, not only was I discharged, but so was my wife and kids despite the fact that they had a different account. She said it was their policy. I asked why they didn't just call me. . .she said they did. They did not. I have another dermatologist now and even if they had said, it was a big mistake, I would never set foot in that office again. Imagine severing a doctor-patient relationship this way with a staff that is completely apathetic and cold. There was zero empathy, zero concern, zero anything. They threw us out like you throw out garbage. . . including my kids. You trust these people with your most delicate health issues. To be case aside so callously and to not hear from the doctor herself is discouraging to say the least. Do yourself a favor and find a place where they are genuine. This place is ice cold and not genuine at all. For the amount of money we spend on healthcare, we should expect just a bit more human touch. I'm ashamed of this place and embarrassed for them.

They apologized and invited me back, which made me hopeful they would offer a correction, refund, or another way to address my disappointment. Instead, the visit felt like another sales pitch. I was told I likely needed more Botox in the areas that hadn't improved and was offered a discount to purchase more. I declined and left. I understand results can vary, but after spending $775, being asked to spend even more was disappointing. I appreciated the areas that turned out well, but the way my concerns were handled left me feeling that the follow-up visit was a waste of my time. I won't be returning.
