Jennifer was great at addressing my skincare needs and asked questions to customize the facial to my skincare goals. Her technique and the products she used had my face literally looking like glass when I left! I also received a scalp, neck and shoulder massage that was part of the treatment I chose. It made me feel so relaxed for the rest of the day. It was also easy to book an appointment online and and it was good to receive an appointment reminder a couple of days before. Looking forward to my next appointment!

The only downside is they don't open on Saturday and Sunday so plan accordingly. I got a chemical peel which cost around $200. The procedure took about 30 minutes or less. Pain is 0.5 out of 10, not so much pain but more chemical irritation to eyes. You will get a fan to blow air which helps. You see results in about a week. My results were softer, smoother skin and smaller pores. Acne scarring texture issues were not fixed. For the IPL for cheeks only, cost is around $75. It takes about 15 minutes. It feels like zap of electricity current on your face, not so much pain but discomfort level 1/10. I only did one treatment and didn't see much results for this as my rosacea is still there. Suppose I need a second treatment to get better results. Plenty of parking and you can bring your dog! Love how this office is dog friendly! Kudos to refresh rx!

5/5 Stars If you…read moreneed a fantastic, high-quality massage, call Leo at the front desk and ask for Ella! I went in yesterday for a one-hour massage (a birthday gift from my cousin, Betty she arranged with a Groupon which went flawlessly). From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. I called that morning to see if they had any same-day availability, and Leo got me scheduled for 12:30 PM without any hassle. When I arrived, he greeted me with a cup of cold water--which was so incredibly refreshing on a random 100-degree October day--and took me back right on time. My massage therapist was Ella, and she is a absolute artist at what she does. Even though she didn't speak English, she used a translation app on her phone so I could explain that my neck and back needed extra attention. Communication was completely effortless and the massage was interruption free, no words spoken after the initial clarification except for Hot Stones ok? Yes, thank you! About 20 minutes into the session, I already knew I was tipping her 25%. She hit every single knot and spot that was bothering me with the exact right amount of pressure from start to finish. Her intuitive pacing and focus on what my body needed were top-tier. My appointment ended right at 1:30 I walked out of Spa Serenity so deeply relaxed and in such a trance that I looked like I had just slept for five days straight! Hands down one of the absolute best massages I have ever had. Huge shout-out and thank you to Ella, Leo, and my cousin Betty. Two thumbs up--I will definitely be back!

Overall, she's definitely one that cares about this establishment! I got a 90m deep tissue. I really needed it! My body is aching so much! This place is quiet and I dont hear others in their respective rooms. I told the manager (I think) what areas I needed work on and she relayed that to my masseuse. I definitely got my shoulders focused on and it was great. I really needed this relaxing moment and my kinks all kneaded out. 90m felt like 30m. Its always too fast! I will for sure think of this place when i need a massage!

The machine they use appears outdated in terms of technology and is this heavy, iron/ hammer looking device. I commented on the device looking heavy and the esthetician agreed that it gives her a workout. On my 1st session, my left leg had some red marks afterwards and the esthetician said it should fade away. Well, those marks ended up scabbing over, so they were actually burn marks. I informed her of this at my 2nd session and she supposedly lowered the setting. I had to stop her multiple times throughout the session because I was in so much pain. It hurt more than all the brazilian waxes I've ever had combined. That was my 2nd and last visit. As you can see from the pictures, both my thighs were burned and now I have permanent scars.
