All of the communication was expertly handled by Ms. Fonseca, whose professionalism and responsiveness were second to none. She answered all my questions on the phone to my complete satisfaction. Despite getting caught up with a work call and delaying my photos, I received a very reasonable quote within 15 minutes of contacting Omega Masonry via their website. Impressively, they managed to obtain a picture of my mailbox themselves. This all took place on the afternoon of July 1st, and they followed up promptly the next day to schedule the work for July 5th. On the scheduled day, they arrived exactly on time. During the job, they uncovered a severely rusted mailbox interior, which wasn't part of the original quote. They immediately informed me and worked with me on a price adjustment for a new mailbox insert. The technician then proceeded with the masonry work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I know it may sound overenthusiastic for a mailbox, but this has been a pain point for years. The technician was polite, explained the cause of the leaning mailbox, and even my mailman complimented the new setup! The entire job was completed in just 3 hours. I am extremely pleased and want to help other customers make a decision to use Omega Masonry. I am more than willing to speak with any potential clients for these guys. I will miss my "Gangster Lean Mailbox," but I am thrilled with the new and improved version. Thank you so much, Omega Masonry Crew!

He hires experienced crews, and his more expensive materials may qualify for reductions to your insurance premiums. Just recommend you clearly understand 1) what he is not going to install or fix that your insurance approved, 2) what RtR is installing that isn't covered by your insurance (deductable + shingles + ridge caps + wider gutters + ??) and exactly how many checks and the total sum you will be paying them for their roof vs other offers.
