I ordered a cookie butter ice blend through the app. Drink was already made when I got there which was great. A worker greeted me which was nice :) Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the drink. There were chunks of ice in the drink so nothing came out of the straw. I let it thaw for 30 minutes while I shopped and I drank it once I came out of the store and it was still impossible to drink. I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this particular location. I have been a regular customer here for quite some time and typically visit 3-4 times a week, often spending over $200 a month on coffee for my family. About two weeks ago, I came in as I normally do and had three coupons--one for myself, one from my boyfriend, and one from my daughter. The promotion was to buy a regular and get a large for the regular price. My boyfriend was waiting in the car and my daughter was at school and wanted a tea for when she finished track practice. They had simply sent me their coupons so I could pick up the drinks for them. Two female employees refused to allow me to use the coupons, stating that my daughter and boyfriend had to be physically present in order to use them. This was very surprising because I have used multiple coupons before without ever being told that the other people needed to be present. In fact, male employees and other female staff members at the same store have allowed it many times without issue. Considering that the savings from the coupons is less than a dollar, it was disappointing that the staff chose to make an issue out of something so small--especially for a customer who frequents the store several times a week. Because of this experience, I chose to leave without making a purchase and have since started going to the Coffee Bean location closer to my home, where they have had no problem honoring the coupons. As someone who has spent a significant amount of money at your establishment, it is disappointing to feel that my loyalty as a regular customer was not valued. I hope management will take the time to better train staff so that policies are applied consistently and customers are treated with appreciation. Music in the store is from the company radio, but the volume is pretty loud, making it pretty difficult to hear your own music unless it's blasting or if you have noise cancelling headphones. When I came inside, there were 4 tables that could seat 2 and 1 single table that could seat 4 people. It was mostly empty on a Monday afternoon around 3-4pm. The wait time was way too long, and it seemed like there weren't enough employees working to handle the morning crowd. When people stop for coffee before work, timing really matters. This is a large chain coffee shop. I've found the product to be appropriately consistent from store to store. Their coffee is good. At this particular store the staff was efficient and quick for product service. It's located in a major shopping center. So if you're going to the shopping center for coffee only, allocate time for parking. This location is convenient, if you're shopping here already. Different from other locations is that if you want to use the restroom, an employee must personally unlock the door for you. read more

My boyfriend, our daughter and myself came here for our first time today 12/17 @ 2:46pm and first they were under staffed, only two employees and one of them was in training ! So we ordered two coffees and a cake pop, we left and went about our day but after about an hour we were arriving home (which we live about 20 min away) and I was having my boyfriend try my coffee and he goes "what is that ?" And pulls a piece of plastic out of his mouth ! I said "ew but maybe it just was that one drink" but NOPE I took a couple more drinks and then I felt something hard.. another piece of hard plastic but this time in my mouth ! I took a picture of the piece of plastic and threw my whole drink away . I was so disappointed because it tasted good but didn't want to drink plastic ! I called the store 3 times and no one answered so I left a message. I had a busy day today and couldn't go back but I did want to let them know. Three stars (or less) for service; 4 stars for the drinks. I was in the area heading down south and was craving a tea latte. I went out of my way to find my (closest) CBTL and headed here. [It's located right next to Blaze Pizza and very close to a Michael's, just for reference. It took us several minutes to find it in the large mall area. We had to drive through a few parking lots in order to find it.) It was relatively early; no other customers in the store. I didn't get the young girl's name at the register sadly, but she was kind of a pill. I can't hear well anyway, and these "covid masks" are really wreaking havoc on me. She had to clarify the coupon to me (my bad) and she was *not happy having to do so. There was another employee in the store making the drinks but she didn't say boo to me. I believe we were "thanked" as we were leaving with our drinks and items, but we weren't greeted. In looking at the other Yelp reviews I see that this location struggles with providing even mediocre customer service. Wow! Especially in this "covid age" you'd think the employees would be kinder being thankful to be working right now. Sadly, I left this CBTL feeling pretty dejected. Customer service is so lacking these days and this experience just confirmed my thoughts. Don't come in here with high expectations and you'll be fine. Just come for your drink. read more

If you are going to sell $7 blended drinks that take a barista more than a couple minutes to make, you need to hire more than two people. Also, you can see their order board and online orders take precedence to the one person sitting in line. I can see an order come up and then the person starts making it telling me I'll be with you in a minute multiple times. Of course, being a large chain, the employees don't give adam because it's just a dumb job to them. It's been a while since I've had this! I had great service with Juliette! I was looking for a new blended drink and she recommended the Black Forest with regular milk chocolate.
