The patio was beautiful, and we loved that we were able to bring our dog. Ivan did an excellent job pacing the meal and provided professional, attentive service throughout the evening. We enjoyed a fresh Caesar salad and the shrimp for our entree, both of which were excellent. They also have a great wine selection. To top it all off, the owner stopped by our table to chat with us, which is such a rare and appreciated touch these days. We can't wait to come back!

You get one free bread basket (of 6 pieces) and some olive oil with balsamic vinegar. I found it interesting that they charged $2.50 for every bread basket after, but ultimately I didn't ask for more. The staff was nice and friendly and checked on us enough. I ordered the pasta of the day, a tortellacci pasta with short rib and cheese covered in a cream demi glaze sauce, and my partner ordered the ravioli al formaggio di capra, a goat cheese and parmesan cheese stuffed ravioli with spinach and tomato cream sauce. Upon arrival, my dish looked quite lackluster. It was about 5 pieces of stuffed pasta covered in a beige sauce and dribbled with squares of short rib. There was a thin film over the sauce, which made me think it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit, which would have been okay if the food was good. The taste was underwhelming yet a little too salty. I should have taken a picture of the food, but imagine a hamburger helper beef stroganoff colored pasta sauce--bland and tan. My partner described his dish as something that was once frozen, then reheated, as the pasta felt a little undercooked. He says it was "mid" but "not as bad as Olive Garden". Overall, this place seems nice for a few drinks and maybe some apps. It's possible that we ordered their weakest dishes, but I fear I will not be returning to find out.

It was packed, and we waited about 10-15 minutes before getting the first available table outside. We started with chips and salsa, then shared a carne asada quesadilla. The chips were crisp, warm, and lightly salted, and the salsa had a bright, fresh kick with just the right amount of tang. I ordered a beef chimichanga with rice, and it was perfectly fried, golden, and satisfyingly crunchy on the outside, with a rich, savory filling inside. The portion was so generous that I had to take half of it home. The fried ice cream was a wonderful way to end the evening, with a cool, creamy center, a cinnamon-sweet flavor, and a satisfying crunchy exterior. Our wonderful waitress recommended it, and I'm so glad she did. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are ever in the area.

My parents loved their food and I was just glad I don't have to cook or clean. After looking at the pictures I took (and posted), I realized the plates look so similar which I found humorous. We order enchiladas, tacos, salad and a chili relleno. The chips and salsa were my favorite part while my family enjoyed their food. Service was good and fast. We arrived just as they opened (11am) and we ordered and our food came out pretty quickly and the food was super fresh. The rice and beans were good but don't really need all the extra cheese on it, I'd order again but ask for no extra cheese on top (personal preference). While my parents liked it that way, myself and my kids just took it off. Taste overall was good. I'm definitely going back to try other items on the menu and not driving so I can order an adult beverage.
