Asked to get more and they said they would replace but never did. Soup grinches. Lol. We hung out here for 2 hours since our plane was delayed. read more

The Club at CVG is a decent airport lounge that can be accessed via Priority Pass at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport. While it pales in comparison to international lounges, it's probably one of the better US-based lounges I've been to, and no hassle of getting in. The lounge is on the smaller side, but perfectly functional with a decent array of snack and refreshment items. On my mid-afternoon visit, they had salad, 2 types of soup (tomato and chicken tortilla), fruits/veggies, tortilla chips, cookies, brownies, and some smaller snacks for food. For drinks, they have a variety of alcoholic drinks, a coffee/expresso machine, and plenty of fountain drinks. Overall, I'd rate The Club at CVG a 3.5/5, but happy to round up since the staff was pleasant, and service very friendly. read more

This is a smaller lounge if you frequent many, but I enjoyed it. It was not crowded when I stopped by early afternoon before my flight. Lots of natural light and some seating by the windows. Very friendly staff. The food was self serve. I made it just after "made to order" breakfast had ended. But the nachos and Mac & cheese I had was good. You have to order your drink with the front desk, no big deal. And it was delicious. I haven't been to many lounges yet, so this is one of my top ones. read more

I travel frequently and have a major airline club membership. That said, not every airport has a lounge for my airline so I use Priority Pass to access others such as The Club. This particular location is small but cozy and well appointed. I stopped in on a trip with my boss. The staff could not be nicer here, hustling to take care of the holiday rush crowd, but still taking time to share a few kind words with the guests. They really make you feel welcome and create a pleasant atmosphere. I did not arrive at a time when they were making food to order but everything on the buffet was decent and staff were very attentive in replenishing supplies. The only nitpick I'd have is there is no restroom inside so you have to leave to do that. Still, it's a nice location. My boss enjoyed it so much that she's getting a Priority Pass now. It's nice to travel at airports when a lounge is present. Free din din and some Wi-Fi. Can't complain. There was a small area for self help food, and the offerings were two types of mac n cheese (with and without meet), a salad bar with hummus, nachos and beer cheddar, and the soup du jour was vegetables soup. Alcohol by request only. I liked the nice launch area, with tvs on most walls covering the news. Chairs facing windows and plenty of charing stations. There were also a few round tables for seating in the center of the lounge. Ambiance was quiet despite the number of people here and even the baby was happy and not crying. Service appeared to be helpful and friendly, but I helped myself. Definitely nice to be able to take advantage of a good lounge. I thought the DFW location was horrible enough until I came to this one. The food was passable. The service was polite. But it has to be one of the smallest lounges I've come across. They don't even have a bathroom inside!! You have to go back out into the concourse to use the airport bathroom. Quite limited seating and almost no privacy. Almost like your doctor's waiting room. And no bar as well: you have to order your drinks from a QR code. read more

It's always nice to escape to an airport club. This one is smaller but has pretty good snack and food options. When we stopped by they had a tomato soup, hummus and veggies and hummus and pita. One of the smallest lounges I've been to, but it was a nice place to relax before my flight. During COViD they are being very cautious. You have to order any booze or food. They have open bar, sodas and juices. The menu is currently limited but we were offered pasta, hummus, cheeses and other snacks. We just got some sodas and charged our devices. I've been here twice now so I guess that's enough of a sample size to write a review. If you don't have one of the memberships, you have to pay (I think it's in the ballpark of ~$30). My recommendation: paying that much isn't close to being worth it unless you're ordering drinks for HOURS. If you do have a membership, stop by because it's free food, drinks, coffee, and a place to charge. It's on the smaller size like someone else had mentioned but I haven't had issues finding a place to sit. Additionally, they have nice variety of food ranging from salads to wraps to pasta. Order drinks including wine, beer, and liquor and it's all included if you have an accepted card (e.g. Diner's Club Card). There aren't bathrooms inside but there is a bathroom right outside and to the right. The lounge is between gates A8 and A13. read more

THE BIG: Located in Concourse A of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky's International Airport. Right in between Gates A8-A10. Small lounge but good wifi. Seating is plentiful, however the snacks are paltry. No hot food. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I came here waiting for my 9pm flight back to DC and didn't realize that they altered their hours to close at 8pm instead of 10pm. So I got a total of an hour of lounge time in which I just did expenses for my trip. Receptionist was super nice and was very welcoming. In order to get an alcoholic drink, you had to go through her instead of the usual self serve of beers/wines. Wifi is pretty strong. As for the food, it was below average. The lounge only provided cold snacks: veggies, chips, packaged cheese, flavored popcorn, cereal, and fruit. The coffee machine was pretty nice. Seating is plentiful and it does have a nice view of the welcoming airport. If you have a flight in concourse B, I would allocate 30 minutes to get to the next spot. This is a very big airport in terms of space. THE FINAL BAMBOO: I don't know if I would pay $40 for the day pass. However it is good for those with a priority lounge card to spend a couple of hours waiting for a flight. read more

Such a great place to rest and wait for a flight! Clean, comfy, and filled with all of the stuff you need. The food is actually really good! There is a little salad bar set up, two crockpots of soup (tomato bisque and southwestern were the options the day I was there), a "snack bar" (little jars of trail mixes, m&ms, etc.), an espresso machine, soft drinks, etc. There are servers who will clean up after you and serve you alcohol. It was such a pleasant experience I may plan to get to the airport extra early sometimes in order to get a free dinner in a restful place. read more

I can't complain about having a nice place to relax! The woman who checked us in was very sweet. We had plenty of time relax before our flight and we were happy to sit by window and get some sunshine. Just about every seat has an outlet next to it so you can charge all of your devices. Make sure you get them charged before getting on the plane! There was one section of the room that was a bit closed off and had comfy seats, which looked inviting. Or you could park yourself in front of the TV (if you're into whatever channel they've got it on. Hubby was very happy to get some nice coffee and also enjoyed their exciting collection of flavored popcorns. I had and apple and cheese stick and took a bag of chips for the road. It's not big (so seating is competitive), but most seats have outlets or USB ports nearby. There's soup, sandwiches, salads, chips, cookies and candy plus fruit and a variety of other nibbles. They replenished this frequently and I never saw anything run out. You can easily order a drink (beer, wine and liquor are free) and sodas plus water/coffee/tea are self serve. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and they regularly came through to clear dishes and ask people if they wanted a drink. I was just having water and the nice staff person came by more than once to see if she could get me something else. It's between A8 and A10 so you need extra time if you're flying out of B or C gates, but I had a long layover and was grateful for it. read more

If you're in Concourse B, you need to walk to the food court, take the escalator downstairs, hop on the shuttle, and exit the shuttle at the first stop. If you take the shuttle to the second stop, then you'll be at the end of the airport where the exit is. I think access is about $89/day or free if you have a Priority Pass. The receptionist, Cynthia, is very very sweet and also works as probably the only help in the club. This lounge is much smaller than your typical Centurion or Admirals, but given the airport, it's a good option unless you want to sit at your gate during your layover. The snacks here are cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels, english muffins, danishes, and fruit. It's essentially your typical hotel breakfast setup but with a fancier coffee machine. Not the really fancy coffee machine at the Centurion, but again, this airport is a lot smaller. read more

This is a very tiny lounge, and it was made unbearable by a child screaming. Staff and parents did nothing for the 10 min we lasted.

Sunday around 2 pm and it's not crowded. We got in about a few minutes and the person in the front is super nice. To order drinks you have to ask. We got a red and gin and tonic. It's decent. Better than most bar to be honest. As our flight is delay, we end up getting a second. Over all the food is nothing to brag about but it's free and fresh. They are required to change them every few hours. Coffee is amazing as well as the nuts. Definitely skip the soup on the counter because it's pretty bad. read more

Waited 3-5ish mind for someone to show up at front desk a d check me in (appears to be 2 staffed emps that support both kitchen/bar and front desk and they don't sit at the check-in desk constantly). They have free wifi, light packaged (not hot/fresh) snacks and open bar with limited selection. Space is small; seating for 50ish people at their peak and all in a pretty cozy space. I appreciate they have a "quiet" sub space and TV. When Karen the server came back on shift, she was very attentive and polite, so props for her being the saving grace on service quality. Overall this place meets the minimum requirements for qualifying as a 'lounge' and it's included access with priority pass! read more

Having about an hour to spare until my next flight, I decided to pop into the the Club and check out the refreshments and lounging area, as I am a Priority Pass member. I've been to a couple of Clubs throughout my travels in the past and this one is by far one of the smallest. I was little surprised considering this airport is considered an international airport. The Club is located in concourse A, so unfortunately my flight was located in concourse B, so it was a bit of an inconvenience for me as I had to make enough travel time to get to my gate. The service and staff was very welcoming and professional, however after walking through the seating area, I was surprised about how small it was. Also, i was told upon checking in that there was no restrooms inside the Club... if needed to use the restrooms I had to walk outside the Club to the public restrooms, a bit of a walk outside. One of the nice things about utilizing the Club at airports is the nicely accommodating restrooms, and this was a downer for sure. The food/refreshment stations was sad. With a arrangement of crackers, cookies, popcorn and nuts as food, I was disappointed in them not having anything such as a soup or small sandwiches to munch on. The drinks were standard, sodas, coffee station and alcoholic beverages needed to be ordered from the staff. All in all, this Club was disappointing for the reasons listed above, only because I have experienced better in other Clubs in the past. read more

I have been here several times and the experience has been great. The menu and food offerings are much better. Breakfast is bacon, omelets, bagels, scones, pastries and muffins. Different cereals and hot freshly made oatmeal. Fruits and yogurt parfaits. A great espresso machine and various teas. If you want alcohol it's free any day and Sunday after 11. There are also plenty of pick up and go items as well to take on the plane. Fun different candies and popcorn. Oh and their freshly made banana and peanut butter roll ups are yummy.
